Bring my first time in New Orleans on Labor Day Weekend it was a good stay. Had to let the water run before getting hot but other than that the service was great treated everybody like family.

The hotel was dark. The carpet in the hallway of the rooms smelled. The first room smelled like mold and had roach in the bathroom. There were also hair inside of the tub. Thankfully the manager changed my room, the front desk clerk was rude not helpful. I dont like rooms with two doors, makes me feel unsafe.

My check in was quick & the room was nice … very clean & nice bed. The air conditioner was a bit troublesome though … it cut off a few times. My biggest problem was when anyone shut their door their door would slam, and quite honestly the worst time was in the morning when the maids were doing Housekeeping And every time they finish a room, they would let the door slam so the mornings were not quiet at all.

The place made me feel safe and it was within walking distance of a lot. The only downfall was there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. And the bed wasnt the most comfortable. It was ok.

There was only one issue i had with staff and it was with Mgr. Jeannie. The first room w e had, the water wasn't draining from the tub and lights flickered. We asked for another room only to be told we were trying to get something for nothing. That was unacceptable. Especially since we paid in full in advance. The rest of the staff was very professional and friendly. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. There are 4 elevators and only 2 were working. This building has 18 floors, so the wait was endless. However, this location is in walking distance from Bourbon St., Canal St., Ceasars Casino, Riverwalk, etc. It's very clean and cozy. Also has a heated pool. I would stay again but I will definitely make sure I have everything I need in the room. 😄

Very close to street cars and major tourist areas. Felt safe inside. Very close to Bourbon, so it got a little rowdy. Not for kids at night. Convenient location near stores, restaurants, coffee shops. Parking was $50/night and we sometimes had to wait awhile for them to bring our rental up. I would stay again.

The pool 2 warm and clean but the only way to get in and out was a ladder that didn't have any attached to anything. I'm a large man and had to get help to get out. Almost hurting myself in the process. We could hear a chirping like a dead battery in a smoke detector. I told the front desk but was never fixed.

Horrible experience!
Horrible, staff was very rude and in considerate! Security guard with a power trip makes you uncomfortable and when local hotel management side with the rudeness of the security people who would ever want to stay there. Maybe when he said “you people” he might as well said he was racist or homophobic or just didn’t want to be there. Horrible will never consider this property to anyone!

Very good stay!
The check in was easy and the front desk was very helpful. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. My only problem was the shower curtain was always opening. Other than that, all was good.

Hotel was nice except the heat and humidity inside the elevators. However, there is a grocery store across the street that unfortunately attracts aggressive, unsafe clientele. A policeman often posted up and just stared in that direction .
