Very nice
It was a very nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were immaculate. The only bad thing I can say is my granddaughter did kill a cockroach in her bathroom and the smoke alarm in her room Kept going off in the middle of the night, and they didn't fix it until 5 AM. At which point my granddaughter had already left at four, because they couldn't stand the noise. I could even hear It through my wall.

The staff was amazing the rooms I had a problem with my rule my one night, my sink. The water in the sink wouldn’t go down the next day of my toilet overflowed so you have I see you have a little plumbing issue.

Overall the stay was a 9/10. The property is in a great location. Literally can walk anywhere in the French Quarter within minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel itself can use a little upgrade but it was clean.

We were on the 20th floor but the elevator only went to the 18th floor, so then you had to catch another elevator that serviced the 19th and 20th floors. Once in the room (which was very spacious), the bathroom set up was very weird. You had to squeeze through the door to get in because then counter was long, and you couldn’t stand directly in front of the sink because the toilet was there. Lastly, they only make the bed, they don’t clean the bathroom, or at least our housekeepers didn’t.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham. The rooms were spotless and the beds really comfortable. Having a restaurant on the property was so convenient and the menu had many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again when visiting New Orleans.

The property was clean and the check in/out process was good. My room was cleaned daily. The indoor pool was on the 10th floor and the site was beautiful. Mostly everything i needed was in walking distance. I did not like that The rooms nor the property had a refrigerator or microwave.

I stood there for one night and it was good enough for a short trip. Actually I wouldn’t mind staying there for longer stays too. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. In order to go upstairs on the elevator you need to tap your room key so it made me feel safe. The valet parking is right next to the hotel so they won’t need to drive it far. The room was clean and pretty big. My only complaint is the outside seemed a bit unsafe but I will say that most of New Orleans streets look the same. They look a bit dirty and dark but the good thing about this hotel was the proximity to everything. So I do recommend! It is a bit outdated but not a big deal. It gets the job done!
