This motel from the outside and the neighborhood closed stores doesn't look so great. Then when you enter the lobby you see clean carpets, tables, counters, hallways, pool, and the hot tub. It smells really clean!! Lady at desk is friendly. We parked right outside our room so it was easy to take stuff in. The room is very clean! Beds were soft. Bathroom is small but clean. The air conditioner worked great and was not annoying. I will absolutely stay here again on our way to the coast!

To be honest , the area of the town of Burns that the inn is in looked a little worn and shabby. But Americas Best Value Inn proved to be the opposite. It is neat and clean . The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly. I will plan to stay here when I come through again. This is a bit of an unexpected gem .

we were not able to use the pool because we arrived after 9:pm but it looked inviting. The room was clean but the curtains were shreaded. The breakfast was not the best. I was hoping for waffles. We got in late so we slept in a little. Breakfast went only until 9. We got there at 8:30 but there wasn't much left.

Good place to stay
We had a great time rockhounding in this area. Burns was a good central location. The staff was wonderful, especially your desk clerk. The room wasnt very clean, food under the bed and a diaper behind the bedside table. Also the bathroom ceiling was very dirty. Despite those few things we were happy to stay here and would stay again if the price was better.

My husband and i have been traveling through several states on a road trip and booking hotels quickly when we get tired of driving. We have stayed at a few smaller hotels and this by far has been the cleanest and most friendly . The team member that checked us on was so nice and gave us some info about the town and made our check in seemless.

The indoor swimming pool is only open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Breakfast is very limited and there's only three small tables. When I turn back the covers to get in bed the sheets had not been changed and there was poop right in the middle of the bottom sheet. I called the front desk and she came up with new bedding and changed it but that pretty much made me sick to my stomach. She did not change the pillow cases and I found a blood stain on one of them.

Dirty Sheets The First Night
We stayed for two nights. The first night when we turned down the sheets to go to bed they were stained and dirty. We had to combine the sheets from the two beds in the room to make one of the beds work. The staff was good to work with and we didn't have the same problem the second night. However, I wouldn't rate this hotel very high. Other hotels in the area might be a better option, e.g. Central Hotel or the Horseshoe Hotel.
