This was a decent property. Room was clean and bathroom was stocked with towels. Sadly, someone tried to enter our room at approximately 10pm after we were asleep. The door opened but the hotel lock caught it. It woke us all up. When we got up to go look, no one was in the hall. Just as we had gotten back to sleep, the phone rang and when I answered, the front desk called and asked for my first and last name. I had to spell it for them twice. The caller told me that there had been a mix up and we were given someone else’s room. No apology, nothing about the error being theirs, caller just hung up. It was abrupt and disruptive to our stay. Property itself was good. Just really not pleased with how that incident was handled.

The soap dish was EXTREMELY DIRTY. The lighting in the entrance way when you walk in did not work. Towels were still dirty. I called the front desk and alerted them to my issues. I have not got a response.

We have stayed at many hotels, but the staff here is amazing! They are all incredibly kind and helpful! I have never seen a better hotel staff.
