the owner lives on the property. she was very amenable to our needs. when we arrived, we did not have any cell service (only verizon in the area); no wifi or cable for pc or tv. she went out and bought an extra verizon phone to keep on the property for us and others to have a hotspot. AWESOME! other than some attention to cleanliness, this was a great stay.
