Holiday with the whole family in Friedrichskoog. This large holiday home is well located near the North Sea in Friedrichskoog.

Three large bedrooms and an extra room for the little ones (ceiling height 1.20m) are available for your family holiday. There is also room for everyone in the large living/dining area. The garden on the edge of the village has a wonderful view of the surrounding area and the Friedrichskoog mill. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and equipped with plenty of furniture and a beach chair. The garden furniture is available from Easter to mid-October. A small pond makes the garden even more idyllic. Here you can enjoy your North Sea holiday.

Friedrichskoog is conveniently located in the southern part of the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site. The romantic fishing and bathing resort with healthy North Sea air is ideal for a holiday with children. The beach is shallow and well supervised. There is a large pirate playground, the Willi Wal indoor play hall and, of course, the seal centre. There are also many cycling and hiking trails to discover the North Sea coast at your leisure. Friedrichskoog is also a great starting point for mudflat hikes or day trips to all the highlights along the coast, or excursions to the islands and Halligen.

Haus und Garten groß, alles wirkte aber etwas heruntergekommen
Das Haus ist von der Raumfläche sehr groß und ideal für Familen. Es wirkte aber zum Teil etwas abgewohnt und an einigen Stellen ist die Einrichtung ältlich. Die Teppichböden sind an einigen Stellen fleckig. Dadurch, dass die Heizung in der Küche ist, gab es einen leicht unangenehmen Geruck, wenn die Dusche lief. Im großen Garten mit toller Aussicht lagen noch gefällte und in großen Stücken zusammengesägte Bäume, die nicht weggeräumt wurden und störten und eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellten. Außer gemäht, war der Garten nicht gepflegt. Die Garage war nicht für das Abstellen der Räder zu nutzen, da sie mit vielen Altmöbelstücken zugestellt war, Ein Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden und auch einige Küchenutensilien wie Backblech fehlen.
