Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit historischem Charme
Das renovierte und modern eingerichtete historische Gebäude ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Zentrum von Friedrichstadt. Das Kinderzimmer im Obergeschoss befindet sich neben dem Elternschlafzimmer. Ebenfalls im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein schönes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Unsere beiden kleinen Kinder haben sich in dem hellen und freundlich eingerichteten Kinderzimmer gleich wohlgefühlt. Kühle Wandfarben, eine alte Holztreppe, Kassettentüren und der historische Terrazzoboden im Erdgeschoss prägen die Atmosphäre des Hauses. Ein kleiner Hof hinter dem Hof lädt zum Essen im Freien und zum Grillen ein. Die beiden Fahrräder sind in gutem Zustand; Kinderfahrräder und Kindersitze gibt es für wenig Geld beim örtlichen Fahrradverleih. Die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht. Das Haus eignet sich sowohl für einen Kurzurlaub als auch für einen längeren Ferienaufenthalt. Die bewachte Badestelle am Fluss Treene ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Friedrichstadt mit seinem bezaubernden Stadtbild ist für Familien, die Ruhe und Überschaubarkeit schätzen, eine gute Alternative zu den Orten an der Nordsee, die im Sommer von Tausenden Urlaubern überlaufen werden. Die Umgebung lädt zu Fahrradtouren ein. Ausflüge nach Sankt Peter-Ording oder Westerland auf Sylt sind mit der Bahn vom Bahnhof Friedrichstadt aus aber möglich. Den Bahnhof erreicht man ebenfalls problemlos zu Fuß.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühl und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Friedrichstadt. Das Haus hatte eine super Ausstattung, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die zentrale Lage fanden wir ebenfalls sehr schön.

Sehr schnuckeliges und schönes Haus in Friedrichstadt
Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, nachdem man die Haustür aufgeschlossen hat. Der sehr positive Eindruck setzt sich in allen Räumen fort. Der Eigentümer hat mit Liebe zum Detail das Haus eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Friedrichstadt verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße

Charmantes, historisches, gemütliches Ferienhaus...
Dieses charmante, historische, gemütliche Ferienhaus steht mitten in Friedrichstadt, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Es ist modern hergerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen wunderschönen Urlaub benötigt. Eine Holzbank lädt vor dem Haus zum Sitzen in der Sonne ein und zum Bewundern der schönen, alten Stadthäuser.Ein Klönschnack mit den freundlichen Nachbarn rechts und links ist möglich. Der kleine, gemütliche Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein, es ist hier absolut ruhig. Auch für Kinder ist dieses Ferienhaus bestens geeignet, unser Enkel, 3Jahre, hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Kinderzimmer ist vorhanden, mit allem,was man für Kinder benötigt. Fußläufig die Straße herunter ist man direkt am Wasser, über eine Brücke erreicht man einen super schönen Spielplatz. Der Ortskern ist ebenfalls fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Friedrichstadt ist ein idyllischer, kleiner, schöner Ort und bietet für jedes Alter etwas. Der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Eigentümer/Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Buchung über dies Portal lief reibungslos. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.5 Sterne geben wir für alle Punkte.
