The living area is sunny and charming with plenty of natural light. In winter or summer, outdoor enthusiasts will revel in the natural world that envelops Frisco, Co. Known as Main Street of the Rockies, its title is well-earned based on its quaint shopping district and central location – less than 30 minutes to four different ski resorts in Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Frisco, Co, is at the base of three nearby peaks: Mount Royal, Peak 1 and Wichita Mountain. As you approach town, you are treated to expansive views of Lake Dillon and the mountains beyond it — Peak 4, Quandary and more. Motivated hikers and daring bikers will soon find themselves lost in these hills (metaphorically), while those more interested in water-related pursuits will find their schedules full on the 3,233 acres of Dillon reservoir with its many coves and mini-islands.

Frisco, CO, attractions include three prominent community features. First up is Lake Dillon, accessed via the Frisco Bay Marina with boating, standup paddle boarding and fishing as highlights. A second town highlight, the Frisco Adventure Park, hosts tubing, skiing for beginners and sleigh rides in winter and trickster-oriented bike and skate parks in summer. 1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Guests will obey the HOA rules and regulations and follow quiet hours from 7am-10pm. No parties or events, loud outdoor music or loud voices. If for any reason law enforcement is called
due to disturbances emanating from the property or grounds there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your credit card per incident. If the short term rental disturbance line is called for any violation of these terms during your stay you may be subject to immediate eviction.
8. Hot tub and Patios: Guest hereby acknowledges that, if the property they have reserved includes a hot-tub, they are fully aware that a hot-tub and the surrounding patio / deck can be dangerous. The deck / patio can be slippery when wet and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is careless. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies posted at the property.

This was my families first trip to Colorado and we absolutely loved this condo! We had everything we needed and the view is breathtaking! We could lay in bed at night and hear the river flowing! The beds are cozy and the place is very clean! Its also stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Place
We came to Frisco to ski and also have a nice place to come back to after the slopes. Madison on the River was a great home away from home- clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. You can walk just a few blocks to Main Street in Frisco where you’ll find great restaurants and a nice trail for walking or biking. The area was quiet; beds were comfortable. Best of all, you can quickly get to Copper Mountain (10 minutes away), Breckenridge, or Keystone for a day of skiing. We appreciated having a washer/dryer. We would definitely come back!

Awesome location. Perfect for a family.
This unit was exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor area was great for the kids to play behind the unit and on the side. A very short drive to Copper Mountain. Very close and walkable to get to Main Street. Would recommend and stay again.

Condo for four adults was perfect. Some snow while staying in condo. We had two vehicles; one parked near condo front door and other in lot. No issues parking. A five block walk to most bars/restaurants was easy (weather cooperated). We would stay here again.

This is a very nice unit. The kitchen is very well stocked. The management company was very easy to work with. The one issue with the property is that the master bedroom is a loft. If some of your party wants to stay up in the living room and watch TV, this will be an issue for anybody trying to go to sleep in the master bedroom. Also, because the heat rises from the downstairs up to the loft, the master bedroom tends to be very warm.

Family Winter Trip
The property is very clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of basic essentials in the cabinets, which was a nice surprise. The only negative was the washing machine was moldy and we were unable to use it. The property managers weee very responsive and flexible, but we did not want to deal with repair people coming in during our stay. It was a bit annoying since we had planned to wash clothes. If planning to stay here, I would recommend confirming that the issue has been resolved.

Beyond my expectations!
This condo was absolutely adorable and the location was superb. The owners even went above and beyond and set up a Christmas tree for our stay to ensure our kiddos felt right at home during the holidays! The size was perfect, it was impeccably clean, and the condo was well-equipped. I highly recommend, only if it doesn't interfere my future plans for me to return and stay! :)

We loved waking up to the peaceful sound of Tenmile Creek in this ideal Frisco location. We enjoyed the fireplace on the snowy days and the easy short walk to Main Street. Clean and well appointed, we will definitely be returning!

Sound of Ten Mile Creek amazing. The second bedroom needs a queen size bed not the bunk beds. Two adults vacationing and the bunk beds are not comfortable for an adult. The townhouse was spotless and very well stocked. Love the short walk to Main Street. We would stay again if the second bedrooms bed was changed out to a Queen size bed.

First, what was so different and appreciated than other VRBO's, every time I called, someone immediately answered! We never had to play "Tag, Your It!" The property was perfect. Exactly as described. Wonderful stay!
This place was easy to find and keyless entry made access seamless. It's located easy walking distance to Main Street and the bus to skiing. The condo was clean and well stocked. Just one thing to note about the listing, though it didn't influence our stay. The listing indicates 3 toilets (2 1/4 bath). The space off the Master Bedroom is just a sink but no toilet. There are really just 2 full bathrooms. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, well equipped and the location was very quiet. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow right outside the patio. I would say our only issue was the fireplace would not shut off. We were hot every night and would have to open doors and windows to lower the condo to a comfortable temperature. We still enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Fun Winter Getaway
The home was perfect for my family of four to enjoy the winter holiday break. The home is comfortable and well stocked with all the basic items you will need. There are several grocery stores in town to stock up on food. Within a 1 minute walk, you are on Main Street and close to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at Butterhorn and Bread & Salt and visited the Frisco Historical Museum. Frisco is a perfect spot to be close to both Breckenridge and Keystone. We enjoyed snowmobiling, tubing, sleigh rides and even a fun outing at the Frisco Escape Room.
