The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy.
There was no option for filling up water bottles.
The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels.
We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

"Very nice and relaxing properly right on the lake. Easy to find and not far from Brockville if needed. The owner Shane was very responsive and super friendly. We rented over the holidays and got there and a Christmas tree was up and lit and the fire place was on. Super welcoming. The house is perfect ..."
