Sehr netter Gastgeber Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Alles in Allem ok. Sehr netter und engagierter Gastgeber! Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche prima. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Ein paar Investitionen in Modernisierung und es wäre perfekt. Die Lage ist suoer und der Gastgeber steht einem mit Ausflugstipps zur Seite.

Sensationelle Skiwoche
Wir haben mit 20 Personen eine sensationelle Skiwoche im Apart Anneliese verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und Wolfgang war bei allen Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns ansprechbar und hat immer sofort weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig und das Highlight ist sicherlich der große Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, in dem die meiste Zeit verbracht wird. Zum Skibus nach Kaltenbach waren es 300m, also kein Problem. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für Gruppen bis ca. 24 Personen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Sauberes und großes Ferienhaus mit tollen Vermietern
Die Lage des Hauses ist nahezu perfekt...in 10 Minuten in Kaltenbach, in 25 Minuten in Hochfügen und in 5 Minuten in Fügen. Also für Skifahrer optimal :) Dazu ist das Haus sehr groß und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen (bis auf die in 2015 erneuerte große Küche), aber es wurde alles gut in Schuss gehalten und war vor allem sehr sauber. Außerdem sind die vermietet sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und helfen bei kleineren Problemen sofort. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt :)

Wir haben das Objekt gewählt, weil wir mit Freunden und Familie einen Geburtstag gefeiert haben. Für uns war alles perfekt, super Kommunikation vor Anreise mit dem Vermieter und auch vor Ort war er immer für uns erreichbar. Haus ist etwas älter aber neu renoviert und sauber. Tolles Haus für mehrere Familien
Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 8 kleinen Kindern vor Ort und fanden mehr als genug Platz. Der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet Platz zum spielen für die Kleinen und zum Sitzen für die Großen mit schöner Aussicht. Tolles Haus vor allem für größere Gruppen.

Wundervoller Skiurlaub 2019
Wundervolles gemütliches sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Top ausgestattete Küche, alles da. Kuschlige lange Decken und Pölster. Internet, Tischkicker Skiraum mit Skischuhwärmer alles vorhanden. Wolfgang Unser Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wirklich 24 Stunden erreichbar. Müllservice und Brötchenservice klasse. Skibushaltestelle paar Minuten zu gehen. Traumskigebiete Kaltenbach oder Spieljoch in 10min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Für große Gruppen, z.B. 5-6 Familien, sehr gut geeignet! Leider kleines Manko...
Fast alles gut, schade war nur, dass der Vermieter den direkten Weg zur Terrasse durch eine Küche im EG nicht aufmachen wollte und wir so mit Grillzeug, usw. immer um das Haus herum laufen mussten. Auch das Zwischenparken von Getränken, usw. war somit in dieser Küche direkt an der Terrasse nicht möglich, war dann letztendlich sehr umständlich und echt nervig! Auf die wiederholte Nachfrage den Zugang nicht doch aufzumachen reagierte der Vermieter ablehnend - und das alles nur um die Endreinigung eines zusätzlichen Raumes zu sparen??? Dankeschön :-(

Una splendida casa sopra le nostre aspettative
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 al 9 luglio 2017 in questa bellissima casa, eravamo 23 persone e ci siamo stati molto bene. Il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha messo a disposizione l'intera casa, le camere molto pulite e ben disposte, comodissimi i bagni con doccia e lavandino in quasi tutte le camere. Cucina molto spaziosa e luminosa e ben organizzata. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di sfruttare il giardino per una serata barbecue. Bella la posizione e bellissima la vista.
