There are two bed rooms; one with an extra wide, 180 cm double bed and direct access to the terrace, and another with two single beds with high quality mattresses. Both rooms are equipped with fitted floor to ceiling cupboards.
All bedsheets and towels are professionally dry cleaned prior to your arrival.
The lounge offers an open plan space comprising a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a lounge area with a three-seater sofa convertible into an extra high quality double bed. On the adjacent ten square meter terrace there are two comfortable lounge chairs and a table for enjoying the views with a cold drink in hand. There is high speed fibre internet and international TV in the flat.
The beach is less than a one-minute walk from the building, and around the block and along the beach promenade you will find a large selection of cafés, bars, restaurants, mini-markets and ice cream parlors. The supermarket is only a five-minute walk away, and there is a shopping cart available in the flat. The Fuengirola zoo and the Solhail castle are both a mere ten minutes away by foot, and there is a pharmacy right and two car rental companies right in the building.
The Fuengirola train station, with arrivals from the Malaga airport every 20 minutes, is located two kilometres from the flat. There are taxis right outside the train station.
Alternatively, I can arrange for my taxi driver to pick you up at the airport with large or small vehicles, depending on the size of your party.
Upon arrival you will be requested to complete the guest check-in procedure which is a legal requirement in Spain. You will be asked to scan your passport or identity card, and provide your home address, contact details and type of relationship with your fellow guests. This information will be sent automatically to the Ministry of Interior and will not be stored by me. Failure to complete this process exposes the property to penalties.
Minimum age requirement for booking the flat is 25 years.
