The newly renovated and exclusively furnished apartment in November 2016 impresses with its central location and high-quality furnishings.

Our 33 m² apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a multiparty house with elevator.
A 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, which is separated in a sleeping alcove, ensures a restful sleep.
If 2 more sleeping spaces are required, a 1.40 mx 2.00 m sofa bed is available. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available. Cot can be provided if required. Storage space is in the hallway with a 2 meter wardrobe.
You cook in a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, as well as fridge and freezer combination)
At the cozy dining area (extendable table) with 4 chairs you can enjoy your prepared dishes.
A flat screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. Of course you have free WIFI in the apartment.
The view into the green of the Rednitzauen in the middle of the city is unique.
The balcony invites you to linger in the summer months.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with toilet and sink.

Location:
The old town of Fürth is only a few minutes away on foot. The Gustavstraße with its cozy pubs is worth a visit. Fürther Mare can be reached with a walk through the Rednitzauen.
The Cafe Brothaus, for fresh rolls or a full breakfast, is opposite.
Shops can be reached by car in a few minutes.
You have the underground connection right in front of the door, so that you can reach the old town of Nuremberg, the Christkindlesmarkt and the trade fair in 20-30 minutes.
In a few minutes you are on the Frankenschnellweg and the Südwesttangente.
Nothing stands in the way of an excursion to the Playmobil fun park in Zirndorf, Carrera World or to Herzogenaurach (Adidas Outlet).
Park your car comfortably in your underground parking space.
IMPORTANT: Parking space is only available from January 2017 and has a maximum height of 1.53 m.
If you arrive in December, a parking space could possibly be rented for you in the hotel next door. However, this should be clarified in advance.

Property unassuming from the outside however inside very modern and spotless. Got everything you need for a comfortable break. Good location for old town Furth and easy metro to Nuremberg. Shops very close and recommend breadshop opposite. Nice walks along river. Host was very helpful with local knowledge and safe underground car park.

Tolles kleines Apartment
Liebevoll eingerichtet mit ganz viel Ausstattung besonders in der Küche und im Bad. Für 2-3 Personen ausreichend Platz. Außerdem sehr positiv: Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Fahrstuhl, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Praktisch ist, dass die U-Bahn gleich vor der Tür ist, aber auch eine Hauptverkehrsstraße ist direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt aber sehr gut gelegen (z.B. um nach Nürnberg oder Zirndorf zu fahren).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist rundum gut ausgerüstet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die ausgesprochene Sauberkeit zeichnet die Wohnung weiter aus. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und durch den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage entfällt die lästige Parkplatzsuche. Insgesamt absolut positiv zu bewerten.

Kurzurlaub in Fürth
Wir - Ehepaar mit Hund - haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es wurde hier wirklich an alles und mehr gedacht. Die Altstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wunderschön, in Nürnberg ist man auch ruck zuck mit dem Auto oder mit der Bahn. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, vielen Dank!

Super Lage und tolle Einrichtung
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gebucht, da wir in der nahegelegenen Stadthalle mehrere Tage eine Convention besucht haben und waren beeindruckt. Nicht nur die Lage und die weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Stadthalle haben uns überzeugt, sondern auch die überaus freundlichen Gastgeber! Die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos und das Zimmer war perfekt hergerichtet, mit der passenden Anzahl an bezogenen Betten und sogar verschiedenfarbigen Handtüchern. Auch wenn wir nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht haben, empfanden wir die Einrichtung als zeitgemäß und auch in der kleinen Küche hat man alles gefunden, um morgens ein angemessenes Frühstück zu machen. Der Bäcker ist praktischerweise ja auch direkt gegenüber. Wir kommen sehr sicher wieder, wenn die nächste Veranstaltung ansteht und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt im letzten September!

Ruhig und zentral, zum Wohlfühlen
Ich war zum Kirchentagtag hier. Es könnte nicht besser sein. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Direkt an der Hauptlinie der U-Bahn. In knapp 20 Minuten im Zentrum, in der Messe oder in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Fürth oder im Grünen. Auf dem kleinen Balkon ein Kaffee mit Blick auf die Natur und hervorragende Gastgeber, die an alles gedacht haben, aber auch akzeptieren konnten, dass ich nicht die Kommunikation suchte. Was will man mehr?

2. Runde - wieder hervorragend
Wir haben die FeWo zum 2. Mal besucht. TG-Parkplatz ist optimal, Ein- und Ausfahrt sowie Zugang problemlos. Die Wohnung hat, wie auch beim letzten Mal, all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Nachmittags haben wir die Sonne auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Wiesengrund genossen. Hierüber geht es fußläufig bei schöner Strecke zu Fuß direkt in die Innenstadt. Ausstattung top und für die Größe überdurchschnittlich ungewöhnlich. Wir werden auch in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen :) Vielen Dank, ebenso für den erneuten freundlichen Empfang!

Perfekt für Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern
Bequemes Doppelbett und Schlafsofa, konnten nebeneinander gestellt werden zu einer großen Liegewiese, Kinder daher perfekt abgesichert. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Küche optimal ausgestattet mit hochqualitativem Kochgeschirr. Balkon, Kaffeevollautomat und Teekocher sorgten für eine rundum Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Einfach Gemütlich!
Eine wunderschöne und Gemütliche Wohnung in zentralen Lage in sehr schöne und historische Stadt Fürth. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist mit guter Matratze und guter Bettwäsche. Alles bequem gemacht und richtig sauber. Becker, U-Bahn in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Vermieter sehr freundlich und nett. Also... wir sind von allem zufrieden ... und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen... LG aus Osnabrück.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung .
Die Wohnung war zwar für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Hund etwas klein (was wir ja wussten) , aber sie war so perfekt und mit viel Charme ausgestattet und es stand alles zur Verfügung, was wir brauchten. Die symphatische Vermieterin hat uns pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeiraum erwartet und uns alles Wesentliche zur Wohnung und den Zugang zur Tiefgarage erklärt. Sie hat uns auch für alle Eventualitäten ihre Telefonnummer mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ausganspunkt für Tagesausflüge im schönen Franken.

Top Lage, durch die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn vor der Tür) ist die Umgebung einfach zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist auch für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt gut geeignet.
