Good location, very near train station exit. Staff were friendly and prompt. Room and bed were small but clean. Bathroom had a drainage smell and shower was fluctuating between cold and hot so it was difficult to keep it at a comfortable temperature for a bath.

There is a free massage chair next to the front desk. That was my favorite hotel part ever! Eventhough they said is non-smoking room, it's still smell the cigarette inside the room. I think it was hard to find hotel with mid range budget with non-smoking room in Japan.

Comfortable Hotel handy for the Airport & Tube
As you would expect in japan the rooms were small but clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the Tube and easy to reach from the Airport being on the same line and you don't have to change. I've stayed here twice and would happily go back. One note of caution there are two Sunline Hotels in Fukuoka, we went to the wrong one the first time!!

Okay hotel at reasonable price
It said it has a parking lot but there were restrictions and my minivan couldn't park there. We were guided to a coin-parking outside but it costed a lot more. Room was fine but it was dusty underneath beds. Breakfast was great. Safe neighborhood, convenience stores in walking distance, it was good overall.

Great value hotel
Great hotel close to Fukuoka Castle and Ohori Station and lake. Also I have family nearby. Would be good if there were more European options for breakfast but it is certainly a Japanese experience

Convenient for a stay in city
The hotel price is low for a small room with twin bed in Fukuoka. Location is fine which is besides the famous park and within 5 minutes walk from the nearby JR station. Service is good and room is clean. However the ventilation of the room is not that good and no air conditioner in winter.

Highly recommend on a budget
Close to mass transit and has all the things you need while on vacation at no extra cost. We did not get the breakfast offered as we had early morning plans. Not far from the sumo wrestling convention center. Had plenty of time to visit Nagasaki museum in less than a day. I would stay here again without a doubt!

The location of the hotel is just a minute work from the Ohori Koen station. The price is reasonable and staff is extremely helpful.

Room size smaller than all other hotels we booked
This hotel room is smaller than all other hotels we booked, specially the bathroom. Hotel facilities are kind old, bathroom locked from outside, you can get in again if you don't know the trick. There some big boxed placed next to our room for 2 days, no one is clean them out, staff told us those are belong to the one live in the next room, kind of strange. The location is good, there is a good food mart for locals very close by.
