Situated in Residential area. the room has just about everything. Including washing machine. My wife liked it and you know that's all it matters. Excellent, just a bit awkward check-in (different location) procedure. other than that, Excellent!

Great Hotel, Clean, close to town
Great spot, quiet, clean, comfortable, very close proximity to all the downtown locations and stations by foot. Spacious room, small kitchen. Only part I didn't like was that there were no International TV channels for night time, but not a big deal. Free Wireless was nice.

303。家族4人快適に過ごせました。 乾燥機は縦型洗濯機についている機能で、一回ではそんなに乾きません。タオルは人数分のバスタオルとフェイスタオル。リネン交換などはないようなので、気になる方は毎日洗濯が必要ですが、洗剤は泊数-1回分だったので買い足しました。加湿機能付き空気清浄機もありましたが、加湿機能は壊れており、ピンクぬめりも目立ちました。 アメニティも充実していますが、メイク落とし、化粧水などのスキンケア関連は持参しましょう。 照明の調節がないです。点くか消すか。 アイロン台が壊れていました。 無料Wi-Fiは助かりましたが、ちょっと重いです。

체크인 장소는 하카타역 도보 5분거리. 숙소는 도보 10~15분 거리. 숙소 앞 50m 패밀리마트 편의점 있음. 그 주변 이자까야 몇군데 있음. 캐널시티 도보 15~20분 거리. 택시비 기본료 580엔 (약1.6km 거리). 에어컨/세탁기/냉장고/전자렌지/커피포트/공기청정기/헤어드라이어/전기인버터/욕조/와이파이/티비(채널몇개없음)

이전에 다른사이트에소 예약을 잘못해서 취소해달라고 요청을 했지만 거절당함. 100퍼센트 환불 안된다고하여 돈 다날림. 점원 환불얘기하니까 엄청 불친절함. 에어비엔비 근처 관리는 거의 같은 관리자라서 어딜예약하든 거기를거쳐감. 전체적으로 쓰레기같았음.

접근성,편의성이 떨어지는 점, 몇 박을 묵던 생수가 인당 1개로 고정인 점을 빼면 정말 완벽한 숙소 입니다. 방도 넓고 조리시설도 있고 욕조도 크고... 다만 체크인 하는 곳과 실제로 묵는곳의 위치가 다르고, 짐을 맡기는데 추가비용이 들어가며, 오후 4시 이전에는 숙소에 들어갈 수 없는 점이 꽤 불편했습니다. 하지만 이 모든 것을 감수할 수 있을 만큼 숙소는 비용적인 면에서나 질적인 면에서나 최고라고 생각합니다.

チェックインは少し面倒だが後は快適
マンションの一室に泊まる形式(民泊専門マンションっぽい)でチェックインは別の場所。少し距離が離れており100円バスを使うのが吉、歩くと20~30分かかった。部屋は普通のワンルームでベッド、テレビ、冷蔵庫のほかキッチン、洗濯機、アイロンがあり長期滞在も快適そう。コンビニも近くにあり、繁華街ではないが美味しい小料理屋が点在するエリアなので特に不便はなさそう

また泊まりたい、宿ではない宿。
ふつうのマンションの一部を宿泊施設としているため、友達の家に寄ったような、自分の家に帰って来たような、このリラックス感は他の宿泊施設では味わえません。 シェアハウスのような雰囲気はゼロです。 本当にきれいな賃貸マンションの一室です。清掃も行き届いていて、非常に快適です。 洗濯乾燥機も、洗剤(小分けパック)もついてるので旅行で溜まった洗濯物を洗濯して持ち帰れました。 博多にしか無いのでしょうか。他の都市にあればまた泊まりたいです。

住宿地點交通還算方便， 附近有便宜的中型超市， 也有24 hrs 便利商店，購買日用品也很方便.入住時屋內也算整潔。只有幾項缺點： 1. 我們頭尾總共住了10天9晚， 聽說住5天以上應該會送1晚免費的打掃， 結果通通沒有清潔人員來打掃過，沒說明垃圾該丟哪， 面紙只留一小小盒， 住宿9晚根本不夠用。 2. 入住時，屋內的洗衣機看起來就沒洗乾淨， 我們也就不敢用洗衣機洗衣服， 改用手洗。

Apartament big with everything you need, including wash machine and the balcony to hang on;) there was an elevator and very continent kee depository. People who work at reception desk don’t even communicate in any European language so they use already prepared written communications showing you how to reach your place;( The check in is late (from 4 p.m) and you need to leave till 10 a.m. They want us to charge for luggage deposit more than for locker at the station ;( But the place is clean, comfortable and worthy for price I paid;)
