Neat place but far to walk from Hakata station
Pros: Very spacious and clean space with amenities provided to fulfil cooking and laundry needs for short stay. Plates, utensils, pots, detergent, microwave, toaster oven, fruit peeler, hanger, laundry rack, hair dryer.. Near to airport, by taxi is around 1300 yen. Cons: Water heater is not working properly. It was very difficult to take a decent shower as hot water runs out very quickly, and you’d get cold water for some time before getting hot water again. It was very difficult to control water temperature as well. The place is also rather far from Hakata station on foot, at least a 20 min walk. Taxi costs around 970 yen to the station. Check-in time is also rather late at 4pm, and the reception is not always open hence it’s difficult to get immediate assistance like one is able to in a hotel.

Its conveniently located, the kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom amenities are good. Could be better to have rubbish categorisation bins, also a few threads of long hair were found on floor (i am short hair) so the cleaning could be done better. The sofa could be placed against the wall to give more space in the living room area, perhaps install lights in the balcony. Checkout time is slightly early.

Nice place! Though I wouldn't recommend it for 5 people, as there's only one bathroom and the space can be cramped. There were only 2 of us, and it was just nice. Only gripe was the hot water kept running out while I was bathing.

Very clean and modern apartment
We were a family of 3 and the apt was very clean and in a quiet area. Only downside is the lack of amenities other than a family mart convenient store within walking distance. No restaurants and cafes near the apt. Plus it’s a bit far from station if travelling w a baby. For adults it’s ok.

First time to Hakata
Very nice and clean. We did not realize it was a hotel condo and that we had to wash our towels. Maybe more details would have nice. Not much around the hotel. Overall nice place, easy to get to train station. Nice and quiet and staff very helpful. Safe building.

Clean and comfortable room.
Pleasantly greeted by friendly Prativa who checked us in on 17Feb & assisted with taxi bookings without hesitation. We booked a total of 8 rooms and all comments were positive regarding cleanliness and spacious room with comfortable beds. Good for 2-3 persons in a room. Overall, although it was only 1 night, all are happy with their stay in Park View Hakata South. Negative: Most Taxi drivers have problem locating the hotel.
