It is a dirty room. We found blood mark on the bedding, used amenity package on the cupboard. The building is in a very quiet residual area, but it is too dark nearby. It takes around 10 mins walking to Hakata station.

整體覺得不適合帶小孩的家庭，房間很大但是整潔度有待加強;地點很偏，附近很暗幾乎沒有路燈，晚上不可能步行覓食買東西。洗脫烘很方便，大概是唯一優點！同樣價位有很多更好的選擇
