Hotel is about 10-15min walk to main train station. Subway is about 5min walk. Hotel room is clean and staff is friendly. Hotel do have onsen. Shopping is just 1-2 station from the hotel.

Cheated of 400JPY!
Its a decent hotel although it is small as in most hotels in japan. Check in was smooth but the reception was clueless when asked about benefits as Gold member. Upon check out the staff insisted i return the room card key or chargeable if i dont. They should just inform guests upon check in to ensure room card key needs to be returns. The girl at the reception was unfriendly and unhelpful when told her the other card was misplaced by my husband. She insisted i pay but then immediately said next time the hotel will charge and will waive this time. But when i check my credit card i realised i was charged 400JPY! Well no more stay in this hotel as there's aplenty near train station, cheaper and better service!

Efficient check in and out. Basic room - very close to Hakata JR station and Canal City. Luckily was able to park in basement of hotel - parking attendant very helpful. Did not use public bath. Breakfast was alright, not worth 2750 jyen.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is quite modern and comfortable and we appreciated the on site sauna. Not sure about the level of soundproofing as we could hear conversations from the people next door but thankfully it was quiet by the time we needed to sleep. Would consider staying there again.

Excellent hotel with impeccable customer service. 7min walk to Hakata Train Station, 20-25min walk to Tenjin shopping, near Canal City and plenty of food options. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel staff was really friendly and smiley, who helped us to call for a cab early in the morning to go to the international airport. Highly recommended!

Personally this has been one of the best hotel I've stayed in so far in my japan travels the past 10 years. Absolutely amazing wifi, great amenities, comfortable room, great staff that is always ready to help out. Definitely will be back if I ever visited Kyushu again.
