But our room had a broken darkening window shade broken, vent fan didn't work in bathroom, toilet was running all night, refrigerator was was filled with freezer frost, missing an extra bed, room key hardly worked to get in side entrances from outside so had to use main door to get back to room, was limited parking so more walking to get back and forth from car to room.

Awoken To ANGRY MAN
In the middle of the night a man was banging on the entrance door to the hotel. This lasted for approximately 20 minutes. He then drove his truck right up to the door, and proceeded to lay on his horn for a good minute straight. My sister and I both were in fear. While I made sure our door was secure, she attempted to reach the front desk. First it was busy, and contacted the police. After about 10 min, the front desk finally answered and was greeted with "yeah, he is staying here and forgot his key". He then backed up, and I was fearful he was going to RAM the front door. He parked his car, and was let in the building. This is ridiculous behavior, and the police should have been called long before. He definitely should NOT have been let in!
