Nice spacious, clean room, although a bit dated. Lovely comfortable bed. Happy, helpful reception staff. Poor lighting for hair and make-up (apart from bathroom) Didn't like being on ground floor and having people walk past our windows, no net curtain or anything for privacy! Shower pressure very weak.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - no sleep, rude, loud
The WORST experience I've ever had in my LIFE , absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs, A drum and base wedding was playing until past midnight, a fight broke out outside my window leaving me absolutely terrified, the waiter was rude I could go on and on, I had no warning of the wedding, even though my booking was clear on business and early start I'm to exhausted to even tell you everything, just know when I tried to complain and manager told me she couldn't do much so to email her hirer up, I emailed the address given and later found out it was HER address Absolute mess. Please DONT STAY HERE, DONT EAT HERE , AVOID

An okay stay
Hotel was in a leafy suburb if Sheffield. It had nice gardens and a small pond / lake which when sat out in Warner says would be great. Sadly the hotel is a little tired on the outside and rooms are dated. My room had a TV not much bigger than a portable which was disappointing. Food choice was limited and maybe 5/10 for the pizza I ordered. Good choice for breakfast. I didn't use the Spa facilities I was informed were free as was the parking. I probably won't use again as there are better in Sheffield

Beautiful grounds to this hotel. Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool is small but pleasant. We stayed in a basic room but would upgrade to privilege room next time as these have air on, fridge and an espresso machine.

Not good to start but put right by help staff.
Booked a standard double room for 2 nights for a hospital appointment close by. The room was very tired and the heating system was blowing out freezing cold air constantly all night on the first night. After speaking with the receptionist next day, they kindly moved us and offered us an upgrade to a much nicer room.

It's a very satisfying hotel located half an hour's walk from Sheffield City Centre. Great breakfast, friendly staff and extremely accommodating at all hours. Could do with slightly better wi-fi and air conditioning in rooms however highly recommended otherwise

The staff, particularly Amhieet, were delightful! They made the stay pleasant. However, there was a large event happening at the hotel that we were not made aware of until after we checked in. This event was blasting music until 12AM which prevented us from sleeping. We would have appreciated being emailed beforehand so that we could make alternate arrangements instead of having no choice but to stay awake half the night. Additionally, the toilet in our room was only barely functional and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done to try to repair it or move us to a different room. They told us to just press the handle harder, which did not make a difference. There was mold in the shower heads, half a used cigarette on the floor of the bathroom, and no plugs near the beds to charge devices. Lastly, the WiFi was almost nonexistent and even the television struggled to display anything. Very disappointed because the property was beautiful and we were greatly looking forward to a relaxing stay.
