Fantastic property
Beautiful house with fabulous pool. We did not hire a car for our stay. Taxis were fairly cheap -€6 to centre of Funchal. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Villa
Just returned from a 8 night stay in Madeira and we had a wonderful time. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The house is even more beautiful then the picture. The villa is in a great location. There is a lovely cafe on the corner with very friendly owners, the food there is great and doesn’t cost much. The Villa is located near to a supermarket which is about a 10 minute walk, in order to stock up on the household essentials. However, the Villa does have some of its basic necessities, so you do not have to run out to the store first thing upon arrival. My kids spent most of their time in the pool which is absolutely fantastic and in the evenings we would spend nights on the roof terrace. The villa is about a 20min walk into town which isn’t that bad when walking down however I would recommend getting a cab back up which isn’t any more than €7-€10 as it’s quite a steep hill going back up. All in all, we had a great holiday, The host kept in communication and upon arrival, made sure we made it to the house on time thank you once again and we will definitely be back. Thanks you

The photographs and description did not disappoint. The property was fantastic! Numo was a perfect host and extremely helpful. The facilities did not disappoint, lots of space and having lovely soft towels was a bonus. The only annoying part of our stay, was the neighbours barking dog.

Preciosa casa en un lugar tranquilo.
Alquilamos la casa la última semana de Agosto de 2024 para la familia (3 adultos y 2 niños). Nuestro avión se retrasó y al final llegamos a la casa casi a las 11 de la noche. A pesar de esto Nuno nos estaba esperando amablemente para darnos las llaves y mostrarnos la casa. Está situada en una zona tranquila muy cerca de supermercado (Continente) y una panadería. Se puede aparcar el coche justo delante de la puerta. La casa es realmente muy bonita y está muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos, vajilla y muebles nuevos y modernos. La piscina no es tan pequeña como parece. No cubre mucho, pero lo suficiente para poder nadar cómodamente. En la planta baja el salon-comedor es super amplio. La cocina es amplia, tiene una barra para sentarse a desayunar y desde ella se accede a la piscina, a una despensa y el cuarto de lavado. Se echa de menos un baño en esta planta baja. En la planta superior hay 3 habitaciones y dos baños. La habitación principal y otra tienen una pequeña terraza. En la parte superior hay una terraza exterior con césped artificial donde también se puede tomar el sol. La casa estaba aparentemente bastante limpia, si bien en los lugares de acceso al exterior se veían bastantes hormigas pequeñas, lo cual solucionamos fácilmente con un spray antihormigas. Al día siguiente amanecimos con varias picaduras de insectos, fundamentalmente por debajo de la rodilla, y a pesar de utilizar ahuyentador de insectos continuamos sufriendo las picaduras.

Belle villa avec piscine à 1/2 heure du centre-ville
Villa très bien équipée et agréable. Boulangerie au coin de la rue et hypermarché à 3 minutes en voiture. Le centre de Funchal est à une demi-heure de marche mais attention au retour parce que cela grimpe fort. Voiture fortement conseillée, d’autant plus qu’un parking est prévu. Endroit idéal pour partir en excursion.

Villa très jolie, très propre dans un quartier calme à 15 min du centre ville à pied et 5 minutes en bus. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement devant. Pas besoin d apporter de serviettes (même de plage), de produits d hygiène…tout est prévu. Lits confortables. Piscine où l on peut faire quelques longueurs et le top du top, le patio au 2eme étage.

Maison très bien équipée, propre et bien située sur les hauteur de Funchal (à 30 min à pied du centre historique - ça descend et grimpe ! / à 5 min d'un hypermarché et de la VR1/ une boulangerie au bout de la rue). Un plongeon dans la piscine (bien entretenue) est appréciable après les journées de randonnée. Place de parking réservée devant la maison. Accueil chaleureux de Vicente qui reste disponible pour donner des informations (bons restos …) et que nous remercions. Nous recommandons cette location (penser que vous êtes en ville…). A bientôt. Wir haben den Garten mit Pool, Außenbereich mit Essplatz und Sonne liegen sehr genossen!
Schönes Haus, netter freundlicher Vermieter! Insgesamt toll ausgestattetes Haus. Es sind ca. 15 Minuten Gehzeit in die Stadt. Der Weg ist relativ steil. Gut wenn man ein Auto hat. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und wir haben viel Fisch zuhause zubereitet. Insgesamt waren wir super zufrieden!
