Very nice and accommodating staff. Lovely full English breakfast. Very nice room. In town within walking distance of shops, churches and a nice park. We will stay with them the next time we are visiting.

Lovely country village location. Good parking. Comfortable room and large bathroom though hotel very tired. Staff not very friendly. Had to ring bell and wait for check in as nobody there. No restaurant dinner on a Sunday so went out. Breakfast average.

A selection of teas in the bedroom would be good. The cooked breakfast was cold and so were the plates.. It is left on trays lit by candles underneath to keep it warm. It doesn't work. Everything else was good.

A grand old dame needs a bit of love
Beautiful place bit dated needs an uplift can't believe there was no rail in the bathroom to get in out of the shower water wasn't very hot and we couldn't lock our door so kept waking up did tell the reception next day she apologized and said she would check the door.

Great layout of the room, and breakfast was really nice. The room itself could use an update- bathroom had some danage that didn't limit function but needs repair. floor was a little sticky in places, but the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable.

Bedrooms very dated and in poor condition . Restaurant had hardly any food (apparently due to non payment of bills according to staff ) Bar also had limited supply of soft and alcoholic drinks due to same reason . Staff were lovely however . Would not recommend staying here .

Hotel has great potential but is just a bit neglected. Rooms are tired and bathrooms are poor taps not easy to turn, shower goes hot and cold and my toilet still had stains from previous occupiers! The plot and building just need a facelift and it would be fabolous. I wont be rushing back regardless of the good location in Quorn.
