Location & Convenience
Happy Valley Hideaway is ideally located just over a mile from the Chattahoochee Golf Club, and within 15 minutes of both Lake Lanier Olympic Park and make it a night in downtown Gainesville Square with tons of shopping and dining. The nearest grocery store is less than a mile away, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this home is the perfect base for your lake getaway.

Spacious & Comfortable Living
Your lake vacation begins with plenty of parking, including space for your boat under the 2-car covered carport. As you enter the home, you’ll be greeted by stunning water views through custom windows that bring the beauty of the lake right into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. Step out onto the deck to enjoy grilling and dining with ample outdoor seating, or curl up in the hammock for a peaceful vacation nap.

The main floor also features a master king suite with more of those beautiful water views, a smart TV, and direct access to the deck. The master bath is a retreat with a HUGE walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a spacious shower. The laundry area is conveniently located in this suite.

An additional bedroom with a king bed and smart TV is also on the main floor, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax.

The Ultimate Family Space
Downstairs is a massive family sleeping area, perfect for the kids, featuring 5 beds in total. It also includes an additional fridge and dining area for all your snacks and drinks. The smart TV is on wheels, so you can move it outside to the covered patio to enjoy a game while soaking in the fresh air.

The basement also includes a gorgeous foyer and a bathroom with a shower, plus a game room/lounge with a custom wet bar. Challenge the family to a fun foosball match, or unwind with a book or board games in this cozy, moody lounge space.

Outdoor Fun & Lake Access
The outdoor space at Happy Valley Hideaway is what truly sets this property apart. Multiple rooms have walk-out access to the deck, where you’ll enjoy some of the best water views around. It’s just a short, gentle walk to the single-slip party dock, where you can spend your day kayaking or paddleboarding (we provide both for guest use). After a day on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars.

A boat is stored at the house for your convenience. Let us know if you need the boat slip when booking. Please note that boat rentals are separate from the house rental, with rates varying based on availability.

Additional Information

We have exterior cameras on the corners of the house and a Ring doorbell camera for security.
While we love hosting family gatherings, please note that we are NOT a party house. Our neighborhood is made up of full-time residents, so we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
There is no fenced yard, so please keep your pets leashed when outside.
Maximum of 4 cars allowed in the driveway; no parking on the street or grass.
