Todo bien en general pero desgraciadamente esta situado a pie de una carretera bastante transitada por vehículos y camiones por lo que, a pesar de ser muy tranquilo, el exterior es bastante ruidoso. Los apartamentos están perfectamente aislados acústicamente y son silenciosos en su interior.
