Historic El Rancho
Great theme and atmosphere! It is like staying the night at a museum. A lot of film history mixed with first nation culture on iconic route 66! I hoghly reccomed a visit and stay!

I was so excited to stay at the old El Rancho Hotel which had so much history linked to it. We chose to stay in the Route 66 motel attached to it. The room was ‘50’s decorated to the 9’s. It even had a record player with records. My only concern was the rust color water in the toilet. I t was finally clear colored by around 11pm. The room must not have been used for quite awhile. The only other concernwas the temperature of 62 degrees as there is no heat in either the motel or hotel.

What a wonder place full of Hollywood history!!!! This place surprised me beyond belief. I am so happy a place like this exists. I love all of the Hollywood memorabilia! Fantastic tribute to John Wayne too. I wish I had more time to soak it all in.

Cool hotel with a great southwestern esthetic with a restaurant with good food, my only complaint is the bathroom, as it is EXTREMELY small with little room to maneuver and there's no toilet seat cover either.
