Affordable 3Bd/2Ba beach house that is perfect for a romantic getaway or family fun vacation!!

This non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only), pet friendly home offers free WiFi, cable, outside entertainment area with flat screen television, fireplace, propane fire pit, outdoor grilling, internet and a fully stocked kitchen with many other amenities.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, private bathroom, dresser and television. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, dresser and television. Bedroom 3 is an upstairs loft that has two Queen beds plus one Twin bed making it a perfect kids room away from the main living area and capable of being completely closed off via doors and window shutters leaving the grown ups to enjoy their late night festivities. The living room has a large wrap around sectional sofa with four built in recliners overlooking a 55 inch television. The house can sleep up to 9 persons. There is a washer and dryer in the home along with a second bathroom and outdoor full shower. The kitchen and house has everything you need for a perfect stay.

We provide all linens and bath towels (you will need to bring your beach towels), toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and a fully stocked kitchen including coffee supplies, spices and condiments.

A prominent feature of the house is a very nice downstairs entertainment area and large built in 55" television with an outdoor shower. The sitting area has a porch swing, sofa and chair in which to relax while watching TV or enjoying the gas fire pit while you barbeque on the propane grill. The yard itself is fully fenced for your four legged family members and has the best grass they will ever have the pleasure of running around on.

The house is walking distance (three blocks or a quarter mile) to all community amenities such as a marina, two restaurants, kids' playground, tennis courts, store, bait shop, boat ramp, fishing and crabbing pier and of course, the BEACH and bay. The Sea Isle pool is open from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend and during spring break, dependent upon the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, a $100 pass may be purchased at the pool area. The pass covers up to 10 guests for one week. Covid-19 restrictions may apply restricting use of the community pool..

You and your family and friends will feel right at home. All you need is your bathing suit, beach towels and sunscreen.

The house was amazing and stocked with everything needed! When choosing a house I always go and look at every review looking for the perfect house. This one had amazing reviews! We stayed 3 days with 9 of us! The house was cozy, felt like home honestly! The community pool was great! It’s big and you pay 100 dollars and get to swim for a week and that covers 10 people in your family. The bed was comfy, the couch is super comfy to relax and have a movie night with the family! The house stays cool after being in the sun all day that’s a big plus for my family! We will definitely be back and we will be booking this house for sure!

The house was a great place for a family gathering for me, my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren. It wasn’t in the main traffic area of Galveston so it was quiet but we were able to access everything we needed. The owner was nice and very cooperative. I would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful House!
Property was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean! My granddaughter loved the puzzles as well as the sidewalk chalk that was available. We spent every night listening to music and hung out around the gas fire pit downstairs. During the day we walked the few blocks to the beach or went into town for other activities. I highly recommend this property and we will be sure to book again in the future!

Family spring break on the beach
Excellent beach house for our family of 5! Definitely could have fit more people in but we were able to spread out and never felt cramped. Lee was great to work with - very responsive. The house was clean and tidy, most of the kitchen equipment we could have asked for. Plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and spices in the spice cabinet. Only about half a mile to the beach, easily walked there every day. About 30 minute drive to the strand and the pleasure pier with rides and games for the kids. Rockers on the porch were a great place to drink coffee and welcome the sunrise. Fire pit, grill, and porch swing on the patio were excellent for hanging out at the end of the day. Restaurant was a few blocks away and served as a great date night. Wonderful stay, would highly recommend! Thank you Lee for your wonderful hospitality!

Snowbird Long Term Stay - 33 days
House & amenities as described/listed. Property manager/owner (Lee) provided prompt communication & even came to property to assist w/ TV setup. When we asked about a Keurig coffee machine, Lee said not to bring our own & he would purchase one - great showing of Lee's desire to satisfy us as long term tenants. Property manager/owner has two (2) rentals in the Sea Isle area of Galveston Island - would recommend either property for your next vacation.

Great weekend with the girls
The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to relax and have fun. The beach was close and there was a marina about two blocks away. It was an awesome weekend. Definitely would recommend it.

Home is close to community restaurants and convenience store. It was perfect for our older pups. The yard was secure and we felt comfortable with them outside alone for short periods of time. Quick drive to the beach. The home was in need of some “up high” cleaning but that was my only concern. Since it was a pup friendly place I couldn’t complain at all. Would go back for sure!

Great location but we only had 6 towels for 8 people which led us to having to purchase additional towels to avoid doing laundry every day on vacation. Ceiling fans were super dusty as well as beams and other places up high (it was the same way last year). A few dishes were dirty that we pulled from the cabinets. Property was great for our dogs to stay at. Great fenced in yard. We enjoyed our stay but wish it was cleaned better.

Great property with lots of amenities when your away from home! Kitchen was very well stocked, bathroom supplies, toys, ride ons, and chalk for kids, and nice fenced yard for our dog. Communication was great as we needed some support working tvs. I rated a 4 for cleanliness only due to under bed it was very dusty and found someone’s leftover shorts! Had to get my dogs bone that flew under there so I would recommend making sure your cleaning crew clean under the beds. Also add a trash can for outside inside the gates area in addition to the large ones that are placed outside the garage.

Fun in the sun
My family flew in from out of state, 5 adults and 2 children. We stayed Monday 4 pm to Saturday 11am. We picked a beach house that was 🐶 friendly. We washed the towels daily, but only had 2 wash clothes. The place needs to have a linen update, otherwise perfect for their guests. We rented a golf cart and the beach was just a throw away. My family was bitten by fire ants, upon arrival. So the yard should be treated for that. Neighborhood was lovely and highly recommend.
