This property is amazing. In my opinion, it is the best property on Seawall. With multiple dining options, an amazing pool area with cabanas & a swim up bar, top notch staff and perfect location - why stay anywhere else?

We had a great stay. It would have been nice to know they were doing renovations to lobby and check in area. The jackhammer was very loud in our room during the day and we were on the 6th floor. They did stop around 5 at night which was nice! Overall it is a beautiful place!

Great resort. There is construction but itā€™s fine. The only thing I can say that is not what is advertised is the heated pool. That was pretty cold. Everyone in the hot tub mentioned the same thing. They even called to confirm it was heated.

It was our first stay after finally getting a weekend together as we work long hours and it was disappointing. The room was not up to par, TV was broken, noticable mold and extreme dust in shower and vents. I took pics and showed the front desk and they were also surprised! I already have bad sinus/allergy issues and it did not help. The did take a few bucks off but not worth what we paid to stay there. Asked for a hair dryer amd they literally brought up a very obviously broken hair dryer after we waited almost 45 minutes. When it was turned in it sounded like it was about to burn up. The second dryer was not in good working order either. They just didn't live up to what that hotel charges. We expected way more from our first stay there.

Everything was AMAZING!!! The only thing is I think people should be able to remt an umbrella at the pool area. The pool is great, lors of lounge chairs available, food and drinks selection is great but you cannot full enjoy as there is no shade. Other than that, great place!

I love the look. A little outdated but all good. Ocean view is nice, and staff is very nice. My reason for a bad stay is the room that I got had a leak in the A/C, and I had a really bad fall in the room when I returned from my outs and abouts. EMS was called. Swollen elbow and not good at all because I was staying there for a competition. They comp'd my first night stay (of no rest) and I went and competed in a competition at the convention center injured. Then after my competition I went to the Pool bar and the bartender was either bitter, had a bad day, or is just an introvert. Slow and expensive. I left a tip only because I used to bartend so I know we have bad days but my experience there was not a good one at all.

Very nice beach front property, Staff was wonderful well trained and attentive. Rooms are adequate, only qualm was toilet was 14 in tall and difficult to manage . 65yrs old should have asked for an ADA

I paid extra for a corner balcony room. The door would not open. I talked to maintenance and they were going to repair while we had dinner. Three hours later the door still didnā€™t open so I called to follow up. The clerk advised the door is broken but she told maintenance to unlock and we just wouldnā€™t be able to close the door during our stay. I wasnā€™t comfortable with this due to a traumatic incident of rape previously. The clerk told me well you said you wanted the door open so itā€™s open. I asked to talk to a manager and was only offered a down grade while they admitted they had better rooms available but they werenā€™t willing to upgrade. I ended up having to downgrade. The manager said a Bellman would help us move. Guess who never showed up. This was the first time my partner and I had been able to get away without kids and planned a nice weekend. Our room issue didnā€™t get resolved until after midnight. Iā€™n not ok with the hotel deciding I didnā€™t need two locking doors to the room I paid alot for. Somehow safety wasnā€™t a concern. I had great fear for my safety due to the past trauma and both the clerk and the site manager were less than sympathetic and definitely werenā€™t compassionate. Basically the manager told me to downgrade or checkout. She wasnā€™t going to upgrade my room. Completely disappointed in the brand and our weekend was ruined. Very disheartening.
