I didn’t rate the bar and restaurant very highly, the food was average and service could have been better. It was difficult to know whether there was table service or whether it was expected that meals be ordered at the bar. Overall not a very comfortable place for a solo traveller.

Was originally put in a room with one bed. Reservation was for a double/triple as it was me and my adult son. First room was very nice and a nice bathroom. Second room was drab, NOTHING like the pictures online. Bathroom can only be described as sad, drab, tired. Door was a little busted up. Towels were thin and grey.

Centrally located hotel
The hotel was fine but North Central Dublin around Connell is very hectic and a little dodgey. Desk staff was great: Sophia, Liam, Ashley and Dysir. On a return trip, I'd choose a different area even though it was centrally located perhaps too much so.

There was no AC in the room and it was small for 3 people but the hotel is in the perfect location when visiting Galway. Parking is very close and much cheaper when validated by hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and fine.

Rooms are nice enough and beautifully decorated. Some things were a bit run down tho. Staff in reception was wonderful and helpful. Cleanliness issue with a dirty bathroom garbage pail and tissues in the floor. Very off-putting.

Close to everything!! Very walkable- The train station steps away, Eyre square, the Latin quarter, shopping, food and tours! Bar and coffee shop were excellent. Held our luggage as we didn’t depart for a few hours after check out.

What a nice stay! Our check in was easy and we were able to get into our room a little early. The room was spacious and well equipped. We were very close to shopping, dining, pub hopping and general sightseeing. Very lovely facility!

Overall our stay was fine. Our stay was brief, the hotel was easy to access. Paid parking lot behind hotel made easy access to get our car. Shopping, park, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Customer Service was more than stellar!

Great location, but that’s about all.
TV only had limited channels and the guide didn’t work. WiFi was useless. Room was smaller than expected. Great location though. Very noisy, the woman in the next room seemed to be enjoying herself though
