What an incredible experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful with clean and spacious rooms. The mattress was very comfortable for our liking and I would recommend to anyone traveling to Galway to stay here! Many bars/shops within a 5 minute walking distance. In our opinion the perfect place to stay! If there was one negative it would be the parking. The parking area is about 500 meters away (per the receptionist). When checking in just pull up in front of the hotel to get checked in. Then decide if you want to go to the hassle of finding the parking garage or just valet park. We had the valet park for us. Self parking is 11 euro a night and valet is 30 euro.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff was so friendly at check in. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the breakfast as well. So much to offer for dining options too. And the location can’t be beat!

We were really looking forward to our stay but were really disappointed. Firstly, it’s great location and staff are nice (tbh, it’s Ireland - everyone is lovely anywhere you go). But everything else was not good. From the reception confusion around our booking - they deactivated our room key mid stay and gave our room key to my family who were checking in - to a room which had poor ventilation, tiny toilets, no drainage in the bathroom, and not good breakfast. I’d probably say, find somewhere else to stay.
