We were there super early and exhausted. Front desk was helpful and let us check in early. Continental breakfast was quite good with meat, egg and hash browns. Along with waffle makers and high grade toasters. Decent coffee machine offered throughout the day. Pool was good. Enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Very nice staff. My room was very clean and quiet. Good breakfast. The 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate (latte etc.) was a surprise and really good hot chocolate!

We just stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. We loved that this hotel was pet friendly, they even had treats, water and poop bags by the front door. The kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast buffet was perfect for an easy breakfast. The only downside of the stay was that we thought we were getting a one bedroom room however the bedroom is just 2 sliding doors and completely open at the top so we all could hear each other talking and it wasn’t very private. Other then that we had a great stay!

Disappointed for first time in canada
Disappointed for the first time in 3 weeks traveling canada. On check in with my partner 2 year old toddler and 71 year old mother with breathing issues was told lift was not working and would have to use stairs! No help with bags. Breakfast was not great, no milk left of any kind then no cheese and no staff to ask. I sat down had a small meal which was average i got up to get a glass of apple just and there was a staff member next to machine. It was now not working but was 5 mins ago. I asked if i could use it? She said its off i asked nicely could it come on again and was told no. Really put my back up on a basic breakfast. Made my feelings known on check out to be told no manager till tuesday 4 days time! . My advice nice rooms but sure theres better about. Or go out for breakfast.. really shame
