everyone. At 4700 square feet this home is spacious and open;
even while sleeping up to 32 people. This home offers 7 spacious
bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens (upstairs kitchen is fully
stocked with all your cooking needs), 2 large family rooms (both
with fireplaces and flat screen TVs), a laundry room, an office/
work space (with a computer, printer and WiFi), and an exercise
room.

With year-round access to Bear Lake and the mountains, you will create memories that will last a lifetime. The home is located adjacent to Hodges Canyon trailhead. You can ride your 4-Wheeler, side by side, motorcycle, or snowmobile right from the driveway. The trail leads to the Cache National Forest with hundreds of miles of trails through pristine forests, offering breathtaking views.

You will find spectacular views of Bear Lake as you watch the sunrise over the lake while sitting on one of the two balconies. Also, within a few miles of the Trailhead Hideaway, you can find beautiful Bear Lake beaches, bicycle paths to downtown Garden City to enjoy a famous creamy raspberry shake, Pickleville Playhouse musical theater, and many other activities.

Spend time with your family and friends watching a movie in the home theater room or playing games together including billiards, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and an arcade game. The property was great, the only issues I had the bunk beds were not comfortable for adults. the billards/pool table was missing balls, the foosball table only had complete handles on one side and there was not a ball to be found. The two ovens were dirty, and the window ledges in the basement were very dirty and even the ones on the main flor were dirty.

We had a fabulous stay. There was so much room my four year old great grandson teared up because he couldn’t find anyone in the lower level. My granddaughter reassured him the solution was to call, “Marco!” The three people in the upstairs kitchen, of course, called back, “Polo!” The consensus was we plan to stay in this home again next year.

Wonderful Family Reunion Home
This was wonderful home for our family reunion! Plenty of beds for everyone, great spaces for gathering inside and outside! Big kitchen with all the supplies and Lots of table space and seating! Even a highchair! Game room and hot tub were a hit! Beautiful views from backyard. Playground equipment was a bit wobbly so The children did not play on it much. Enjoyed the fire pit outside and made s’mores the first night! Thank you so much. It was special time for our family of 27; ages 1 to 61!

Family Reunion
This has become our favorite place to stay at Bear Lake! The yard was big and lots of grass for the grandkids to play. The kitchen/dining area was open and big enough for us to all be together. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to fix food for our big group. Recommend this place for a beautiful stay at Bear Lake! together. The deck had a perfect view of the lake! Well stocked kitchen made it a breeze to fix food for our large group! Highly reco fix

This home was wonderful in that everyone had access to a bed! The living and eating spaces for great for big groups! The kids enjoyed the theater room and had a dance party! We had a great time doing skits around the huge campfire setting in the back yard! There were no home behind the house so privacy was nice! It was a wonderful stay! We would reccommend it to anyone!

Perfect place for large groups
The house was perfect for our crew. Lots of space to spread out and things to keep the teens entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There are 3 refrigerators which was helpful for all of our food and drinks. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew so the house hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. I contacted the host who was very gracious and rounded up many people to come help get it cleaned and ready for our stay. They also brough a huge box of Crumble cookies and free milkshake coupons. Our group made a campfire and spent the evening in the beautiful backyard while they cleaned. The host made the best out of the situation and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay with no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home
Our family of 21 enjoyed a great family reunion at this home. The upstairs kitchen was perfect to fit all of us which is very nice when trying to accommodate a group this size. The smaller children enjoyed the theatre room, the swings, and the air hockey table. There was enough space for everyone and plenty of bathroom space. The website mentioned somewhere that there was a crib, but we only found a pac-n-play in the master closet. I was a bit confused about how many beds there actually were at first because I thought I had everything planned out according to the website listing. It all worked out fine for us, we had enough, but I think it would be helpful for guests to understand that the room shown as 4 bunks on the website meaning 8 could fit in that room is actually a room with 2 bunks with 4 full size mattresses and 8 pillows. So yes, 8 can fit in that room if your have 2 people per mattress. The same applies to the girl's pink room (which my granddaughters LOVED)-the bunk in that room has 2 full size mattresses on it and 4 pillows accommodating up to 4 people plus the 2 single beds in that room. This means you should be aware that people will be sharing those full size mattresses if you are counting people. The website showed a crib in a room with beds, it's actually a bunk with a full size mattress on the bottom. If you are in doubt, please contact the homeowner in advance for clarification. She is GREAT to answer quickly and is very kind. Wonderful home!!!!!

Favorite rental
We have been renting a house for our annual family vacations for the past 8 years. This was voted our favorite by everyone in the family! We have 2 grown, married daughters with 6 kids between them. They range from 8 years old to under 2. We had plenty of bedroom options, toys, high chair, crib etc. The views were spectacular and relaxing! From the mountains to the gorgeous lake to the green pasture with cows. The backyard provided a safe play space for the kids to explore and burn off energy. The front parking was perfect for the littles to play on riding toys while the dads and big kids played soccer. It was a wonderful family vacation!

Great Location. Beautiful View.
Plenty of room for our family of 9 adults and 12 children. The cousins loved the bunk beds and the movie room. Rain kept us in a little more than we wanted and some water got in the basement, but the owners took care of things and compensated us for the trouble. Tracie was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Well stocked and clean. It’s a little dated but a great place! We would book this again.

Spacious, had everything we needed, lots to do for the kids. It was a bit run down and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The garage fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the kitchen stovetop was really dirty, and the deck and furniture was very dirty. Also, the toaster was missing. But beyond that, the property was great.

Fun family reunion in Bear Lake at Cherimoya Hill
We held our family reunion at Cherimoya Hill in Bear Lake, UT. This property was great for our large group of about 40 guests. They have lots of amenities to keep entertained, including air hockey, table tennis and pool. Many of our guests enjoyed playing these games. We also enjoyed the movie room and spending nights on the balcony chatting. Several of our family members enjoyed the hot tub and we had plenty of space for everyone to have a place to be. We loved the view of the lake as well as the mountain from the property. We also had the opportunity to spot a few deer and chipmunks during our stay. We had no problems with parking as there was plenty of room for our multiple vehicles that needed to park. And the communication from the owners were always quick and helpful. We needed to reach out to them numerous times and they were always easy to work with. The home was well-stocked with things that were needed like pots and pans, griddles and other kitchen type accessories. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. And we were grateful for the chance to get away for the weekend to enjoy time with family.
