They change our reservation the day before that we arrives to the hotel to another hotel. We paid for a room with two queen bed and they gave us a sofa bed and one queen bed.the hotel was very noisy.

When we checked in, the staff informed us they no longer had the two Queen bed rooms we booked. we were told we were upgraded to a king bed. When we got to the room, we discovered it was a queen bed with amenities for only one person. We talked to a staff member about it and they never followed through with our request for another charging port. I would not stay here again.

We had confirmed booking, we got a notification the day before our checking that there is no room for us and the areblocating is at another hotel. Instead of being an upgrade to make up for their mistake and the unconvenient they cost us, the placement hotel was very bad,smelly and old. Half of our party got relocated to a way worse hotel 20 minutes away due to “hurricane”. We had to pay same rate for a horrible and disgusting hotel. Disgraceful how hotels can kick guests bookings off and replace with new ones because of a “hurricane”. We will never stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Very good hotel. Would highly recommend this for Disneyland visitors. Pretty close to the park. Breakfast is decent. They give free bottled water!!!
