Staff as great at check in. The room is clean and the bed in relatively new and comfortable. Superb view of the Rocher Percé. The unit is essentially a well renovated motel. It does not qualify for a hotel therefore too pricy for what you get in return. Cleanliness could be improved. A garbage can and beer can was left at the entrence of the room.

I think people come here mostly for the view of Percé Rocher combined with the affordable price. It was a good deal. All was fine except: the “gym” only has 3 machines in it. It’s too small. Also, we were in the building on the side that looks like a motel, and we were on the first floor, so we heard kids running around upstairs. The hotel’s version of Quebec’s famous “sugar pie”, when served warm, is gross. It looks like applesauce. Otherwise, the food was fine, for the price.

Room 102 had a sloping floor. The bathroom door would not latch closed. The window in the bathroom overlooked the front walkway. It did not have curtains on it and was missing a window pane that was supposed to have privacy glass in it. I felt like I was sleeping on an angle as the bed was higher on one side than the other due to a sloping floor. When you flushed the toilet, either the sink or the bathtub drain gurgled loudly. It sounded as if it was not vented properly. Worst hotel of our trip

We stayed at Riotel and we had a room with the Perce rock view. It was amazing. The staff is friendly and they have excellent dining area. I recommmend it.

Great location at the end of the main strip in Perce. We had dinner in the restaurant with a great view. However no elevator, so not accessible for those unable to do stairs. And no air conditioning (fan in the room to regulate temperature).

Bien situé, excellent emplacement avec vue incroyable sur le Rocher Percé. Chambre spacieuse, propre, accès facile à la berge. Petit frigo très commode. Stationnement spacieux. Courte distance de marche de la belle promenade et de plusieurs restos et commerces. (Petit bémol, nous avons réservé chambre avec vue sur rocher, mais la vue était obstruée)

We had booked this 6 months in advance. We had the best room on the property with an amazing view of the rock. You could walk everywhere from here and the village is stunning. We have next to no French speaking abilities and when we checked in the staff was patient and spoke great English. Thank you for that!! The room was amazing. We would stay again there. We ate at the restaurant there and the food was very good. The server who looked after us said she didn’t speak English and was very patient with us. About 30 minutes later another English speaking couple came in and our server waited on them. The woman rattled off complex demanding instructions for her order in English and the server understood perfectly and then looked over at us knowing she’d been caught. Her tip reflected her little trick. Would we stay there again??? Absolutely!!! Even though the room was 264 dollars. Would we eat there again?? No I think we might explore other dining options. It was expensive and there are other options in Perce within walking distance.
