The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Beautiful resort for families
The resort was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. There was always a lot to do. Really enjoyed the choppe at 11 am at the pool and the food was always fantastic. The water slide was a little crazy for Canada standards. Really enjoyed our time there.

Muito bom, porém pelo valor esperava um pouco mais. Minha filha não conseguiu fazer o passeio a cavalo por causa da altura - podiam deixar mais claro isso em algum lugar... Ficamos na fila e só quando chegou a vez dela que fomos avisados que ela não poderia. A comida no restaurante era boa (buffet). Porém os petiscos da piscina achei MUITO fraco... no domingo só tinha coisas muito simples (batata, linguiça, frango), nem uma carne sequer...

Incrível! Foram dias excelentes e com muita tranquilidade. A acomodação e atendimento foram excelentes! Tivemos inclusive show ao vivo com Rick e Renner, além de muitas atrações e entretenimento. Importante destacar que a gastronomia e decoração são as melhores, superando resorts internacionais que passei período de férias! Parabéns!! Com certeza vamos retornar!

Hotel espetacular
Resort espetacular , é a 3ª vez que vamos esse ano em poucos meses, qualidade das refeições , bebidas diversas e de qualidade inclusas. Recreação muito boa pra crianças , seguido tem shows de sertanejos. Só falta um pouco de manutenção e reformas nos quartos na vila das flores que a parte mais antiga do hotel. Mas no mais é difícil bater esse Resort no Brasil , daria nota 9.

O resort é excelente para famílias com crianças. O quarto prime é espaçoso. A piscina externa aquecida é excelente, com destaque aos salva vidas que estavam sempre atentos. Como o resort é grande ocorre um pouco de filas no buffet mas nada que estrague a experiência. Várias opções de entretenimento infantis. As espumantes são boas mas poderiam ser melhores, visto que tem inúmeras opcionais nacionais custo benefício . Certamente voltaremos !
