Golfer's Paradise & Close to Rocky Top Sports-Mountain and Fairway Views!!

The Great Smoky Mountains and the great outdoors are calling! Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or just need a break, this cozy condo is just right for you! Relax on the deck or go hiking at the nearby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Head into town for a lot of fun attractions and great food.
Gatlinburg is the location for you and our condo Fairway To Heaven is the perfect place for you to stay. Our condo is only 5 minute drive to the Rocky Top Sports World and 10.5 miles from Gatlinburg city center. Lastly, the Ripken Baseball complex in Pigeon Forge is about 30 minutes from condo. It is newly remodeled and is located on the fairway of Bent Creek Golf Course.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a full bath off of the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds with a full bath right off of the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and everything you will need to make the perfect meal. The gathering area has a sit down dining area, living room with a large television and a wood burning fireplace. The deck has a table with chairs to sit down and enjoy the view!!
You are a 20 minute drive to Downtown Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium, museums, restaurants, and the Glades for handmade crafts. It is about 5 minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There you will find hiking trails, waterfalls, and also close by tubing, fishing, water rafting, and horseback riding. When you are done for the day go back to Fairway To Heaven to sit on the deck and just enjoy the rest of your evening!!

Hard to find Bedroom option!
We chose this property for the option of 3 actual beds in bedrooms, vs two beds and a couch in a main living space. This is surprisingly hard to find! The space was great for our family of four (two older teens). If anything the photos didn't do the living spaces justice. We also enjoyed being a bit out of the way of the hustle of Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was beautifully kept and more spacious than we anticipated. Although we enjoy the shopping and entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, it was nice to unwind in the quiet among the trees on the balcony. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you.

I stayed in this condo with my friend over Memorial Day weekend. It was so nice having our own bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The property is on a golf course, and the neighbors were friendly. This is an upstairs corner unit. We sat on the balcony one night during a storm and had dinner. It was so peaceful. Everything in the condo works and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Would like to have had a better access to TV viewing channels especially when it comes to sports. Such as golf snd baseball. Had to place a call to the owners to provide guidance on how to access channels offered only on UTube for baseball and other live sporting events.

THANK YOU for easy, quick communication in answering questions/concerns! Condo clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, accurate description. Did not buy/bring grocery as we planned just to stay overnight, appreciated the coffee grounds in the morning! I'm sure that isn't a stocked feature but whoever left it - thanks :) Ease of ramps to third story condo exceptional, so much better than stairs. Instructions for check-in/check-out were extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends!

This was our second stay at this charming condo. It is so close to all that the area offers yet far enough away to be so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Internet is great and the beds are amazing. Thank you for letting us stay again. We will be back!

You cannot park in front of the unit, instead there is a walkway and a ramp to the third floor. Individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty.

It was a great relaxing weekend at Fairway to Heaven. It was supposed to have a trip with our grandson who was going to play in an AAU basketball tournament at the Rockytop Sports Complex, but ended up not playing. So, it was just my wife and I for a relaxing weekend. Thanks.

somewhat disappointing
The cabin is not good for cold weather. We felt guilty running heat so much, but it was always cold. The kitchen should have had more of everything, plates, utensils, pans, etc. It served it's purpose, but it could use some maintenance. As for Gatlinburg, as well as Pigeon Forge, you can keep it. It has gotten so busy, there's not enough eateries for the amount of people, one shouldn't have to wait 3hrs. for dinner. Luckily, 3 Jimmies was available.

Lovely Get Away
We used this condo for the night before and after our wedding. It was so close and convenient to our venue!! It was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Our only issue was the sliding bathroom door in the master. It gets stuck very easily and I got stuck in there the morning of my wedding. Thank goodness for strong bridesmaids! Lol. Overall a wonderful stay :)

My Brother and I traveled to TN for 4 days before heading over to NC for a wedding. We loved this condo! Not in the heart of Gatlinburg busy section which was a blessing. It was so busy in downtown Gatlinburg. Nice to be away from all that! We enjoyed rafting, horse back riding , and hiking. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Our first VRBO experience and it was great!
So much better than a hotel. We would definitely do this again. This property was very clean and spacious. Furniture and bed were all comfy. It is located on a golf course and the view is lovely. The only issues we had were that the ice maker didn’t work and there was one slow shower drain. We would stay here again!

The property and location were sufficient for our needs. The property in general could use better outdoor lighting and signage. The property is an end condo & quiet as long as the neighbor’s dogs were obedient. The entrance door was sticky and extremely difficult to open and close. Needs to be repaired. The layout was comfortable. However cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was not clean and the bathrooms could have been much cleaner. Which is a shame since the overall condo was good.
