2 person mountain studio condo with 1 bath with year-round views of Mt. Leconte and surrounding mountains. Minutes from downtown Gatlinburg (4 miles) and from the National Park (3.5 miles). 1.5 miles from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Condo includes a balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy the phenomenal view, queen memory foam mattress, stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher), sofa, recliner, 4G smart flat screen tv, Blu-ray player, cable, WiFi, a selection of movies, books, and games. Keurig, hair dryer, granite counter-top, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Indoor & outdoor pool with two hot tubs, washer/dryers, conference area, & vending machine available in main building. Plentiful, free parking. Condo located on first floor. Non-smoking unit. No pets. Firewood available for purchase in office. Must be 21 to rent.

Stunning Views
This property has the most breathtaking view. The condo was clean, smelled nice and is perfect for the solo traveler or a couple. I was so incredibly happy to find that the host left a snack, as I had flown all day and got in very late at night and was starving but wasnā€™t able to grocery shop yet. Check in and check out were so so easy. And I didnā€™t have to strip the beds or deep clean the place before I left like most places require. Communication with Janice was so easy as well. Sheā€™s a great host and this property is so cute and clean. If youā€™re looking for a place in Gatlinburg but not right in the busy touristy hustle bustle of it all and somewhere high in the mountains, this is it.

Absolutely amazing
Beautiful little condo tucked up in the Smokey Mountains! Well equipped and even had Kcups for coffee in the morning. Breathtaking views from the balcony and grounds. Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again.

The condo was lovely, the view was beautiful, the drive up the mountain was a bit stressful. However the TV and cable didn't work. Noise from neighbors coming in around midnight was a bit unsettling. They were not unruly at all. We were just surprised that the stairs and floors creaked and squeeked so loudly.
