Looking for a vacation rental in northern Michigan? We have the perfect place for your group to stay! A Large spacious house. Secluded setting at the end of a private road in a quiet neighborhood.

Includes 5 Bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, large kitchen, with seating for 22 people at a wrap around counter top with bar stools and a Custom White Pine Farmhouse Style Dining Table.
Two built in the wall side by side fridges. (yes, 2 fridges, Both with large ice makers). A silent Dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen including all utensils, dishes, cookware, 3 coffee makers, crock pot, 2 toasters, blender, electric skillet, hand towels, and a extra large kitchen sink.
The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. All three have large 4k flat screen smart T.V.'s. You won't miss a moment of your favorite game. All 5 bedrooms have Wall mounted Flat screen HD TV's with Directv satellite service. The Living room has a 86" Samsung 4k smart TV and a top of the line stereo system, playstation 4 and DVD player with large selection of DVD discs. Free Wireless Starlink High Speed internet. 3 couches- two with queen hide-a beds.
There are 3 King bedrooms with just one King sized bed in them for privacy, (King master has a large bathroom with a 70’’ soaking tub.) 2 Queen size bunk beds (4 beds) in bedroom #4. And one Full size bunk bed (2 beds) in bedroom #5. Nine beds in bedrooms and two beds in the Living room for a total of 11 beds.

We also own a 24 hour accessible gated and locked storage facility with outdoor parking conveniently located less than 4 miles from this vacation rental that we will allow extra vehicles and trailer parking for free during your stay. Plenty of room for all of our guests to bring their own trailer and store it at our facility worry free.
Furnished with all the amenities of home just bring clothes and food.

Fun with grandkids.
The house is great for a big group. Complementary soda, a bottle of wine, and fresh tomatoes was a great touch to make you feel welcome. Very, very clean and neat.

Great Getaway
The house itself is an enhanced modular home with all the bells and whistles. Its incredibly clean and cozy. The rooms are all very large. The house is packed with anything and everything you could think of. The outdoor space is wonderful. Tons of entertaining spaces and a nice trail to the lake. The house is on the end of private road, so no need to worry about traffic. The hosts are super responsive and helpful and dont ask too much of you. Would recommend a million times over.

Awesome place
I can't say enough good things about this house and the owners. We arrived to music playing and the TVs and a very clean house.
The house is perfect for larger groups and even great for families with kids. Would 100% stay again.

It was absolutely perfect. We had a family of 16. Pap and Nenna, kids with their spouses, and 10 grand kids. Super great rooms that worked very well with our age group. A big shout out to Bob and his wife for a great job as host and hostesses. Thank you all for a great trip with great memories.

A Great Stay for Our Trip to Boyne Mountain

Great place for a guys trip
I stayed here with my friends for a guys trip in mid September. Weather was was great and had the opportunity to spend a lot of time outside on the property when we weren’t inside watching football, golfing, or hitting downtown Gaylord. Really appreciated the cornhole boards, the grill and smoker with propane tanks.
Bob, the host is very attentive (He lives close by) and the house was EXTREMELY well stocked in the kitchen with every utensil / appliance you’ll beed (Has a blender and 2 slow cookers).
The house was very clean and the internet and directv worked well also.
Would definitely stay again if I was looking to stay in this area again.

Golf get away
We booked this property for a golf get away for 8 people. The house was as described, clean, lots of amenities, and tons of games and things for us to do while not on the course. They really took care of a lot of little details to make the stay enjoyable. Location worked great, lots of golf courses within 10-20 minute drive. Would stay again, we all had a wonderful time.

Nicely Set Up For Large Groups
The property is very clean. Everything works well. We had a group of thirteen and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property could have easily accommodated more guests. The hosts treated us wonderfully. This was a great experience and we would definitely stay with them again.

When we opened the door the radio was on and the led lights in the kitchen were on it was pretty cool. Free pops in the fridge and the house was clean and nice. Tvs everywhere. Perfect for larger groups. We will definitely stay again!

Great for a large group!
The house had ample dining for the large group and was a natural gathering spot. Their were plenty of bath towels which is so helpful in a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you can think of and the two refrigerators came in handy. We went skiing so having a nice mud room/ entry with ample places to store boots and coats- was so helpful.
