The kitchen is my favourite feature of the property with an abundance of cupboards, high quality appliances, island bench with bar stools plus a built in desk and chairs. There is also a laundry with a washing machine/dryer combo & toilet.

Upstairs comprises of two bedrooms, the master with built in robes, king size bed, split system heater/air conditioner & access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes. The central tiled bathroom is modern & clean with separate shower and bath, plus a powder room.

There is ample free street parking. The property is set back off the street so you really feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle but with a supermarket about 200 metres away and a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes only a short distance away it is a hard one to beat.

You can access all of the property except for a locked cupboard which is set aside for the cleaners use.

This property is the owners home and it will be listed for guests from time to time. This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.

There is no smoking allowed in the townhouse, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
