Summary:
Experience this revitalised historic gem right in the heart of the Geelong CBD!
It’s a modernised version of life from a hundred years ago. This place captures your imagination. Not only does it provide a very practical and convenient location, but the natural building materials surround you and provide the basis for a relaxing stay.

The Space:
SleepWell offers all standard amenities such as a kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms with queen bed in one and two singles in the other and a lounge room with a smart TV. It's the little extras that make the space stand out. Free WIFI, Netflix and very comfy leather recliners facilitate your quiet time with wine. Keypad entry and CCTV help maintain your sense of safety.

Other things to note...

The Driveway/Parking is not suitable for larger cars/4WD.

Recently, some feedback a few guests (x3) have mentioned is that they can hear a slight sound of music on Saturday nights. There is a pool room down the block which may be the source of the music. The reality is that subtle outside noise is a trade-off for a central city location.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, either reconsider booking or bring along earplugs. Generally, guests have said it's a quiet space and noise is not noticeable, but up to you!

Additionally, while we welcome pets, we please ask that pets stay off all bedding and linen. Pet fur can be a little difficult to remove with standard laundry cleaning methods and additional cleaning fees will be charged if we linen requires further cleaning. The front yard is not closed off.

Short Stay in Geelong
The property was lovely, and the pictures and descriptions were accurate - including Friday and Saturday night warnings of the local pool bar noise. Location was excellent, easy walk to everything in the Geelong City centre, and easy to get on the road to head to the beach.

Great re-purposing of a lovely old building, I was on foot (no hire car) & found it easy walking distance to everything I needed. Yes there was some noise on Fri/Sat night but I live in a noisy area so it didn't really bother me...nothing a set of ear plugs won't fix if you are noise sensitive.

Great property but noisy
The apartment was beautiful and it was great to be able to walk to many services/ locations. The noise level at night was loud. Ear plugs were not enough to silence the music from the pool room on the corner. It was disappointing as everything else was fantastic.
