This newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage with a sleeper sofa, sleeps 6.
This adorable cottage is beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxing, modern coastal decor.
it is within walking distance to the strip and close to Spire.

Full kitchen with everything you need including fully stocked coffee bar.
Livingroom has comfy seating and a sleeper sofa. 60" television with Hulu, Netflix , ESPN+ and Disney +.
Bedrooms have full length mirrors, televisions with Hulu, Netflix, espn+ and disney plus .. all linens provided. Most rentals do not change the quilts or comforters after every stay.. we do!! everything is fresh and clean!!
Bathroom- Starter toiletries, blow dryer, makeup mirror, shower, toilet paper and linens.

Perfect little getaway with a stay in this quaint cozy cottage. The owners were responsive with a request to change the reservation and the cottage shows that they thought of everything - even down to having a stool tucked away in the bathroom for little humans needing to get to the sink! Loved it!

This was our second time booking Linnys cozy cottage. It is beautifully decorated. We appreciated all of her extra supplies, coffee, snacks, games, extra towels etc…We would definitely book again. We wish she had a bigger rental for bigger family gatherings.

The property is amazingly well appointed with everything you could need for a stay in GOTL! It is clean. Has everything you could need in the kitchen and bath. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Perfect place for a girls trip! The cottage was so clean and well stocked with everything needed for the weekend. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of GOTL and through a very safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Little Get Away
Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cannot express enough how relaxing our little get away was for our family. Linny's cottage had everything we needed plus more to make our stay simply magical. Our favorite feature was the patio. We watched a movie outside every night together. The ambient lighing made everything feel magical. Highly recommend. We are already planning our next stay.
