The Paguro Bernardo is a nice, small apartment of 35 square meters of comfort. Ideal for those traveling as a couple, with friends or even alone for tourism or work, is a typical two-room apartment in the heart of the old town just renovated by the expert hands of an architect who has chosen some furnishings in various parts of Italy for their originality . It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, where you can have breakfast or place two people in the practical sofa-bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom on the lower level which can be reached with a particular wrought-iron staircase. Like many typical rooms of old Genoa, it has exposed wooden beams (for this reason, in the room above the bed, the ceiling is 1.85m high) but it is functional, just like the shell that houses the hermit crab from which we got ideas. The house is equipped with a television, a hair dryer, a mobile phone charging socket and USB keys, a coffee machine and a washing machine. Towels, bathrobes and sheets will be provided for your stay.
The location is extremely favorable for exploring Genoa, because monuments, museums, means of transport and shops for shopping are very close: as soon as you open the door of the building there are local, historical and not, churches, palaces of the Rolli. At 170m is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and at 270m there are Palazzo Ducale and Piazza De Ferrari. From this square there are the subway, taxis and buses, as from Piazza Caricamento, very close. From here you can also enter the Porto Antico area with L'Acquario, the Bigo and other attractions. To park check the Visitgenoa website
