Such a friendly and helpful owner. You could tell he cared about making it a great experience for every guest. I haven't stayed in a place so well equipped for travelers. We were so sad to leave this place!

It was a great find, Roberto was a splendid host, the apt was well equipped, our only negative was the uncomfortable chairs. This meant that there no where to sit and read.

My wife and I spent a month traveling the French and Italian Riviera and we stayed at many apartments - This one, by far, was the best. It was our first time in Genoa and we loved it. The location was fantastic, close to all the best food and sites. The room was amazing. Every detail is taken care of - excellent air conditioning, great bed, really big screen t.v., drinks in the fridge, quiet, cool building, and it's even color coordinated. We absolutely loved this place. If that's not enough, the host was amazing. Very kind and gracious. I highly recommend staying here. You will be very pleased.

Super clean,well appointed, perfect location
This was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in. Super clean, pleasantly decorated. Very well equipped. It is located right in the heart of the historic city and has easy access to bus, taxi and metro lines. Manager is very helpful and responds to questions and requests almost immediately. He supplied apartment with various cold drinks, coffee pods, tea bags, hot chocolate mix and various snacks.

We had a really nice stay here. Everything was very clean and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that made it so fun and easy to enjoy the flat and city. Great location, on a great shopping street with multiple delicious cafes and even a Michelin restaurant! Easy walk to train stations. Apartment was organized but a few things needed better cleaning
