Location is excellent and walkable to visit the historic Penang district and food. Room and shower are roomy but carpet did not look like very clean. The price in the location was very good; it would be much better if the lobby downstair AC was turned on early so that the air was feeling fresh when we came down at 8am; there are also no AC in the upstairs hallways.

Hôtel bien situé
Le personnel est vraiment gentil et à l'écoute. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour avoir une clim plus froide et je l'ai eu tout de suite. La chambre 609 est grande avec une salle de bain rafraîchie. La chambre en aurait besoin un peu aussi. L'hôtel est tres bien situé. Tout le coin de Georgetown se fait à pieds. Le seul gros point négatif est qu'on entend tout. La configuration de l'hôtel fait en sorte que c'est très écho. Les murs sont en "papier".
