This is a great onsen experience. Great service and friendly staff. The baths are good and clean, and the kaiseki food is fantastic. Building is a bit old, but the traditional rooms were comfortable and atmospheric. Would go again!

Ryokan was not too far from Gero Station. Free Shuttle Bus service to the Ryokan was awesome. For couples who will like to enjoy onsen together, there is a private onsen available for booking at 2,200 Yen for 45 mins.

Amazing hotel in Gero
Amazing hotel with super friendly staff. Location is convenient and the hotel itself has everything you need in Gero! The hotel room itself is spacious and clean. Service are great.
