The Beach House is an iconic Gerroa Beach property, with one of the best locations in the village. Everyone knows this placeand for good reason. It is a classic yet luxuriously appointed beach cottage, a lovely garden and easy access to either the beach or the estuary. The home is comfortably and well appointed. Summer or winter - this home is cool or cosy depending on your needs! In the cooler weather, warmth is provided by the cosy wood burning stove and two reverse-cycle air conditioners.

Where will I be?
The Beach House is a waterfront property located directly across the road from Seven Mile beach. Soak up the view and savour the coastal panorama from this charming beach side cottage sand, surf and sunsets.

How is the property laid out?
The Beach House is a single level cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one master bedroom with a king bed and ocean views, one queen bedroom with reading nook and one twin room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and the second with a shower, vanity and toilet.
There is a sitting area with spectacular views of the beach, two sofas, coffee table, desk area and selection of books. The living and dining areas are open plan with a large corner sofa, open wood fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player and dining table to seat six.
The gourmet kitchen has a six burner gas cook top, large oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note, however, that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The Beach House has a beautiful fenced front garden and multiple outdoor entertaining areas. There is a patio at the front of the property with table and two chairs, a deck at the back with table and two chairs and also a paved BBQ area with dining table, six chairs and gas BBQ.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
The Beach House has a wood fireplace in the main living area to ensure your stay is cosy throughout the winter months. There are also two reverse cycle air conditioners which provide cooling or heating, depending on your needs. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and portable heaters and fans in each bedroom for year round comfort. The property has flyscreens on the windows and doors and can therefore be opened up in summer to take in the ocean breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is a medium sized garage for one car or storage of surfboards, fishing gear and the like.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
