The kitchen allows you to prepare your food and drinks while taking a moment here and there to step out on the balcony off the living room to watch beautiful sunrises or sunsets as sail boats sail by. It also has an additional room downstairs to relax, read, or watch television as you enjoy a cold adult beverage while cooking out on the deck directly outside French doors overlooking the lake. This property allows access to an Outdoor kitchen that has a charcoal grill, gas burning stove top, sink, refrigerator and comfortable outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy lunch or evening cooked meals. Afterwards, head down to the boat dock to swim, fish, or work on your tan. Come immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of this charming retreat.
