Fabulous stay at the Royal Continental. Everyone was gracious and attentive. Extra praise to Emmanuel at the breakfast. He was attentive and remembered orders. A definite asset to the team. Also to the front desk staff whom ensured that a special birthday surprise was in our room when we arrived back that evening. Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered.

It was a great hotel with an excellent location, but I did not receive any VIP benefits. The hotel was clean, and the staff was always willing to help.

Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!
