My time at this hotel was very short- less than 24 hours. Therefore, my evaluation is very specific. The property provided a place to sleep. The staff members with whom I had contact were very polite and professional. The.condition of my room could have been better with some attention to detail. Bed was not well made, holder for the soap and shampoo in shower was not secure, no body soap. Looked like whoever was responsible opened holder to replace body wash containe and did not replace it. By the time I noticed this I was already in the shower and did not have time to call desk for help. I just improvised.

Nice hotel, close to Thomas Road and Liberty.
While we spent very little time in the room, there were only a couple of things I would suggest. The toilet rocked when sat on and made a loud noise when it hit the tile. There were a couple of hairs left on the tub. My bed was perfectly comfortable, it was quiet, and I got a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee was great! They do add a $20 charge to your card which is supposed to fall off if not used for "incidentals". It hasn't yet, but I'll keep an eye on it as it is still pending.

The hotel was okay, nothing over the top about it. Room seemed to be clean. The bed was very firm and you had two pillow options. It was surprisingly quiet. There were several tractors for trailers parked in the lot the night before and we didn’t hear the leave that morning. It is a college town and had lots of hotels in the area, IGH was toward the higher end of rates.

They had excelled beds, best of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our weeklong trip. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was broken. Otherwise, everything was immaculately clean.
