An Radharc (which is the Irish word for View) is a 5000 sq ft bespoke holiday home in Glandore on the Wild Atlantic Way. With five spacious bedrooms (4 ensuite), several living rooms and a large media/games room with 55" TV and Netflix for those rainy days, you will find everything you require for a luxurious West Cork holiday. The garden, deck and patio areas provide you with incredible views and the sunsets are spectacular. No expense was spared with the house and it will provide an unforgettable stay.
Laid out over three stories connected by a magnificent marble staircase, this is an incredible home. There are views from every room, several balconies and a huge south facing patio. With a state of the art kitchen and dining area there are living rooms on the second and top floor, and a huge games/media room in the basement. There are also kitchen facilities at basement level for your convenience. The hillside garden is a fabulous example of native planting and has a very pretty stream running through it, a haven of fun for the younger members of the group.
You can walk in to the village of Glandore over the back road in less than ten minutes. Here you will find several pubs and eateries including the award winning Hayes' Bar, Casey's Bar and the Glandore Inn.
The harbour is one of the most picturesque in the country and home to a busy sailing fraternity, to which the owner belongs. You will spot many nautical influences in the design.
There are so many incredible experiences within minutes of the house should you wish to get out and about. From a pint in the local pubs looking over Glandore Harbour, to exploring the local Stone Henge, to learning to sail with the yacht club to night time kayaking under the stars, to walking the finest beaches in Ireland, everything is at your finger tips.
As of Christmas 2019 the house was fitted with 150MB fibre broadband and the Nest heating system. Weber BBQ added in 2020, Pool table, Fire Pit and Patio Heater added in 2021. In 2022 Wifi upgraded to 1GB and a supplied a new Ping Pong table. For 2023 an Infra Red Sauna added (Clearlight)

Exquisite Stay in Glandore
We were a family of 9 that included our 2 Grandchildren ages 7 and 5 years. We had all traveled from 3 different continents to visit our Irish Roots. We were not disappointed. Our stay of 10 nights went by far too quickly and can highly recommend this beautiful and very spacious property. We will never forget the wonderful hospitality from John and Carla. The welcome basket was very generous. The days were filled with trips to beautiful local places such as Skibbereen and Clonakilty. The views from nearly every room are breathtaking, especially throughout some of the stormy wintry days that we experienced. We felt safe inside. This spectacular home is well worth a visit for future guests.

Christmas in Glandore
The house is perfect for a family with all different ages - something for everyone. The views are spectacular, the walk to the village/harbor is quick. The house is very comfortable and has privacy as well as large spaces for all to gather in all kinds of weather.

Stunning Property - Highly Recommend
Stunning property overlooking the sea and the beautiful village of Glandore. Very well equipped house with amazing views. Great outdoor set up (fire pit, bbq, deck) and super games room to keep the teenagers occupied. Good communication and support from Carla who manages the property. Highly recommend.

Week in paradise
We had beautiful weather and woke up to clear sky views every single morning. What a treasure of a setting. Just spectacular views. The home is well appointed and manager Carla was lovely and extremely responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this beauty. There was plenty to do in this locale and Glandore is quite charming.

A perfect getaway
An Radharc is a beautiful house in a stunning setting. Its spacious, modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Carla & John are both very helpful and easily contacted.

What a wonderful vacation home
From arrival to sadly handing back the keys, we had the most amazing stay at this property. The views over Glandore harbour are absolutely stunning. I know this is a cliche, but the pictures just don't do it justice! It is obvious that the creation of such a wonderful home was a labour of love for the owners and what a treat to experience as a guest. I have to also thank Carla who was absolutely fantastic in making us feel at home throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Beautiful Glandore West Cork
A beautiful house situated in a stunning location, the house is immaculate with fabulous decor. It’s has everything to make your stay comfortable, the views from the house are spectacular, great entertainment space for everyone. A great base for touring beautiful West Cork. Fantastic property in a fabulous location, very well equipped with all mod cons and beautiful decor. View from property was exceptional!!. Best multi family holiday ever
Location was spectacular, overlooking the sea and harbour
Excellent accommodation with relaxing day rooms overlooking the bay
Children played in the games room on the ground floor
Wonderful terrace for bbq in the evening
Children enrolled in the sailing at the harbour
Adults could swim on the local beach or harbour
