Have some top class food at Ubiquitous Chip or sample street-food style ramen at Ramen Dayo then wash it all down with a Guiness at Jinty McGinty's or a craft beer at the Innis and Gun bar. There is even a cinema located within the lane so there is definitely something for everyone.
Be sure to visit the closeby Kelvingrove Park and Botanical Gardens if you are blessed with good weather. There is free parking on site. The apartment is very close to two subway stations, Kelvingrove and Hillhead, approx a 5 minute walk to both. There are numerous buses that run on both Byres Road and Great Western Road. Uber is also a very handy way to get around the city with a cab cost less than £10 to the city centre. Glasgow International Airport is about 20 minutes by taxi and cost approximately £25.
