Hotel is very central for all amenities and transport links, within Glasgow and outside. It is good value for money, compared to similar properties. The rooms are clean, reasonably well appointed and modern; staff are friendly. I am not sure about the quality of breakfast, as i did not opt for it, but there is a good variety of food outlets nearby. I would return to it.

My only complaint was noise coming from bathroom after using sink, shower and flushing toilet , almost a banging sound that went on for ages . Other than that it a nice place in a perfect location , have stayed here before , without the bathroom noise

Strange unsettling smell from cleaning products, just use bleach or flash (never resort to masking with synthetic aerosols though- that’d be even worse). Lumpy pillows, all need replacing. Firm mattress was good, that is my preference. Can’t switch on the fridge so it was wasted being in the room. Clean. Ok for quick stay, nothing homely or special.

This was an interesting property. Our room felt like a college dorm. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom Was nice- but no counter space. It was ok, the breakfast was unremarkable and probably overpriced for what it was. Convenient location and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We could walk to the river so that was nice.

Property was very well located. Property and room were clean. Don’t care for additional charges for breakfast, even coffee or tea was not free after 10:30 AM. No daily room cleaning or towels. Afraid to ask in case they charged extra. Some front desk staff could be friendlier.

Great room for a family. Tv wasnt working but staff provided a new controĺ and then when it still didn't work came up quickly to try and sort it. When it was decided that it wasn't working at all the staff provided a range of options to make up for this. Steam from shower set smoke alarm off again staff responded quickly and efficiently. Hotel room was good and down stairs lounge area is very nice. Staff were all very attentive making sure we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel changed our room readily upon request. When we were checking out, I informed the hotel about some missing items. We had to leave however to catch a flight. Those items subsequently turned up at the hotel and they agreed to forward those items onto my address in Australia Without cost to me. Excellent service.. Would return next time in Glasgow.
