Property could have been built a little more sympathetic to the style that you were going for, the brickwork looks more like a tower block of flats and the facilities are a little dated eg tiles missing from pool which were blue just replaced with filler and many of the doors in bathrooms have blown at the bottom

Staff were friendly. Parking was a bit of a mess as they had a conference on. Our main complaints are: 1. The bed in the room was too small. There was clearly a smaller bed installed in comparison to the headboard width. It was a small double. 2. The website says there are EV chargers available but there aren’t. We asked at reception and they said they were removed. I don’t expect a hotel to have EV chargers but if the website says they do have them then they should exist and work.

I went with my family and we quite enjoy our stay. The staff are quite lovely and ready to help especially Joanne who helped my family to find lovely places to visit during our stay. I would have rated it a 5 star service aside the fact that the room there is no air condition making the room a bit sturfy overnight as a family of four.
